Fowlers Restaurant

I was looking for a place to eat before we went to Mt Magazine, and I'm telling you, if you're in the area stop in this little place.
The chicken fried chicken, 🐔
The southern fried steak dinner,
And the steak sandwich were delicious!!!!!! 🥪
Try some of their ranch dressing on the fried okra
It is pretty dog gone good 👍. :) Enjoy

We stubbled upon this quaint little restaurant and almost turned away, because it is much smaller than what I was expecting to find.
However, we decided to give it a try.

Our server, Robin, was prompt and very cheerful and thoughtful, anticipating our needs. She refilled coffee cups before they were empty.

Our Philly Cheese Steak omelet was flavorful. Though the steak was a little overdone for our liking, it was acceptable.

Their drive-thru window was kept busy. Must be a popular place with the locals.

Very good food, small place and very friendly. Very clean too. Would recommend it anytime.

Small town family diner. Food is excellent service is outstanding. Our waitress, Robin, was constantly checking on us making sure we had everything we needed.

Loved it here. Welcome was great. Food was yummy. We tried a biscuit with chocolate gravy (in England we’d call it custard) was lovely as well.

We were visiting from Tennessee and needed a place we could grab a meal from to take back to our airbnb. As a native Texan, my heart was glowing when I saw they offered hand battered fried steak. You can get the frozen "diner" type option anywhere, but for someone to hand batter it with love makes all the difference in taste! Very glad they happened to be in the same place we were staying, the staff was so friendly and I would absolutely love to visit again 🩷

We were excited that there is a Fowlers in Dardanelle. We were sad to see the Danville one close.

Great food and great service.

Swung in here late friday night. We came down to visit family and really didnt want fast food. This little joint really hit the spot. My wife and I both got the fish and shrimp and it was fantastic! Our waitress was wonderful as well! We made sure and got one of their fried pies to go! We will definitely be stopping in everytime we come down!

The servers are friendly and quick. The food is awesome. We go every Saturday for burgers.

Great food and service offered here! Even though the restaurant is small, the service is fast and the staff is very friendly. The mushroom appetizer is so good! They fry breaded slices of mushrooms which is delicious. They have a good variety on the menu, you should give Fowlers a try if you enjoy mom and pop restaurants.

Stopped by this place after a hike and I'm so glad we did! The fried pickles were absolutely delicious and the food was so good I forgot to even get a photo. Had the chicken fried chicken and the southern fried steak. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Worth the stop!

Great service and amazing food. Super friendly staff and the food was delicious with a homemade taste.

We had the fish special and it was delicious! Your choice of beans or cole slaw with french fries and hush puppies. Portion was fabulous. Looking forward to trying the combo next!

What a nice stop on our trip up to Dardanelle Lake State Park. We both had a grilled fish with lemon pepper and it was delicious! Corn bites, hush puppies, salad, coleslaw were great sides. Highly recommend. Good service, great food, good value! Thanks. 😍

Everyone that I have interacted with at this restaurant is super friendly. They take the time to get to know their customers. If you have been there once, it is like they have always known you. The food is always good as well. This is one of the places that I like to get chocolate gravy.

Best hamburger I've ever had. Usually don't eat a whole one. Ate every bite and wanted more. Loved the fries too! Service was excellent. There was 6 people at out table and every order was correct. Waitress was friendly and efficient. will be back next time I come to town.
