I became a client of Katrina's "Trina" in April 2019 after she did my hair for my save the date photo shoot for my vow renewal. From day one, she was very professional and personable. Trina took the time to listen and understand what my needs were with my hair, especially my scalp because I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis. She gave me her personal, direct line and we've been in touch ever since. I was so impressed with her work that I hired her to do my hair for my vow renewal, which was in December 2019. Trina made sure that we did a consultation several weeks before the ceremony, and even did a mock up of the hairstyle 3 weeks before the big day. This was very much appreciated because I decided to wear a full 360 lace wig for the first time. Everything was planned out in advanced and Trina was always punctual for our appointments. On top of all that, she installed my wig the night before the ceremony, and traveled to my location to do my hair the day of - arriving ahead of time. Trina was with me for almost 7 hours on the day of my ceremony and never complained once. She went above and beyond helping me in and out of my garment so that my friends could enjoy themselves. Trina also worked well with the makeup artist I hired after meeting for the first time. I have never met a hairstylist that was so giving of her time, so compassionate, and invested in a client's big day. I will forever be grateful for everything she did.

In regards to the salon and other staff, the shop was always clean, including the bathroom. And, the staff I encountered was always friendly. I will definitely continue to go back, and would recommend their services.

My beautician is Katrina. She's part owner with her sister's. I love going there. She has a good sense of humor and aims to please her clientele. Prices are very reasonable she's personable and friendly. I'm in and out in under and hour most times because she doesn't double book her clients.

I absolutely love Bomack salon! Scheduling is simple. The service is fantastic and they run on time!!! I regularly see Martina but have seen Katrina as well. It is an excellent full service salon! They have provided hair care for my natural styles, formal events and I will be receiving braids next. These ladies are talented and reasonably priced. I am grateful to get quality hair care on this side of the river.

I love this salon! The salon has a nice atmosphere and everyone in there is nice and professional. I have been going to Martina “Tina” for 3 years now and my hair is at its healthiest state. I feel like I’m one of a few people now that still enjoys getting a relaxer and with Tina I never have to worry about my hair becoming damaged. I also completely trust her with trimming my hair. Today I decided to be adventurous so I got her to highlight my hair for the first time and I am in love with it! Thanks Tina for always doing an amazing job!!!
