The inside is way bigger than I thought! They have everything you’ll need here and the helpful/kind staff to help.

Everybody was very friendly and helpful. It was a great shopping experience. One more important point, if you don’t want to carry what you bought around, you can tell them and they will keep
Items until the end of the next for you.

To me all Under Armours are 5 star. However, the customer service here was top notch. I would really like to point out Anna and Jeff at checkout who overheard me talk about my profession after I checked out. I received a discount that I had forgotten and they were the ones that pointed out and insisted I get that discount. I wasn't expecting this, but these are the things that make a huge positive impact on customers. Thank you.

I want to call out Kayla and Kevin.

Kayla (hoping im spelling it right) helped me as an indecisive shoe shopper purchase shoes that were stylish, functional, and so comfortable. Her ability to show kindness and compassion with what I'd call difficult customers who were interrupting our conversations was impressive.

When you enter this store...its an experience. Kayla held true to that. She made sure everyone had a great experience.

My check out experience with Kevin was also fantastic. He was also very personable and helpful.

Every Under armour experience has been amazing for me. This store in Chicago has been no different. The team there was super helpful and friendly. Found some great deals and bought more than I planned but saved some money so I was fine. Great looking store and also well stocked. If an item wasn't on the shelf it was in the backroom.

Great store! Awesome location as well! This 2 story store offers everything from kids, mens, women's apparel and shoes.
They even had a section for Notre Dame gear and shoes.

Great clean and modern store !! Right on michigan ave. You’ll find some good sales from time to time.
Men’s is the whole second floor, women and kids clothes are in the first floor.

I like this brand. It is suitable for all ages and It can be used daily in all types

UA is by far one of my favorite brands. This is a great location, two floors and a huge selection. The golf line works great as dress casual for around the office and is super comfortable. The quality is there and the clothes are long lasting.

With their during Veterans Day they had a huge sale I ended up stacking percentages off and got multiple hoodies for 75% off awesome place

It was my first time in that store. Very clean. The prices weren't bad at all, for the quality of fitness clothes . They had a lot of sales and promotions. They have a special discount (20% off) for nurses, doctors, and firefighters 🚒

Great location on Michigan Ave. People are friendly and helpful. Lots of products to choose from. They even ordered an item for us when they were out of a size we needed on one of the items and had it shipped to our house. Great service.

The UA store is a must see sportswear spectacle. IMO blows away the Nike store. Very helpful staff, somewhat high prices but quality merch.

I ran a Chicago Marathon and this was the place where I got most of my equipment, Great selections of product especially when you need some products to keep yourself warm during the race
