I did have to wait a few hours because of how many cars needed towing (nice day in St. Louis metro. If you live here you get it. The driver that came was Jordan and he was so nice and very professional. Honestly, AAA, pay him more. He’s worth every Penny. Hanging out with your broken down car in the dark is upsetting and a little scary. I was feeling a lot better by the time I got home and that was in large part because of Jordan.

The representative was as courteous and showed concern for me and my wife's safety, The driver was prompt and courteous as well AAA, Provides a excellent service and I highly recommend it for all America.

It was painless and stress free mike the guy from AAA that came to help was professional curious kind clean and helpful I was up and running in no time at all 3rd time in 5 yrs I've seen him AAA & Mike thank you for the great service

I'm giving this a 5star rating because of the customer service I received from Adam (AAA car insurance) HOWEVER. Sherry the receptionist was rude. If you ask question, make sure YOU have the answer. Otherwise you'll get the eyebrow lift, rolling of the eyes and rude behavior from her.

Worked with a travel agent (Ulianna Buxton). She was great. Super nice, very knowledgeable, great to work with. Would definitely recommend to anybody.
