Spade Athletics

Spade Athletics has been a safe haven for our son to grow in many aspects. We started there over a year ago, with a timid and self conscious son but now he is eager to attend and has made several friends in the wonderful program they provide. The leadership is the optimy of how I would want someone to coach my child. They build confidence and strength at the same time. I have found a lot of coaches we have experienced focus on negative reinforcement, but Spade is a prime example that positive reinforcement and genuine encouragement is the true recipe for success in children.....and adults. We are so thankful for Spade Athletics.

We are so happy we found Spade Athletics. Austin is incredibly knowledgeable and develops a program that is specific to the needs of each individual athlete. We could not be happier with the strength and agility improvements we have seen with our daughter on the basketball court this season.

Great environment for training. My son is big 6'1" 300lbs and 14. He was doing strength training for two years before this. Watching him on the field he looked slow on his feet so brought him here. Besides strength, agility training is just what he needed for him to learn to control his body. I'm happy and my son really enjoys going here and working with the coaches. Can't wait to see him on the field this fall.

If you want to improve yourself this is the place to go to train with others with the same goals. It doesn't matter the sport.

Our son started working with Austin a couple of months ago and it has been such a wonderful experience. Our son has always played sports but was never fully dedicated to getting into good shape but Austin has changed his mindset. He has learned the proper way to workout and weightlift and now he loves to exercise and gets excited for his Spade Athletic nights.

I feel that Spade has a great environment surrounded with other athletes who push each other to reach their highest potential and an indoor turf facility that is useful for year round training. I've been training at Spade for 3 years, and I have only seen improvement in my game and as an athlete.

Spade Athletics made me the athlete and man I am today! Spade helped me become ready to face some of the top schools in my high schools conference and even helped at college recruitment camps. They were the driving force to help my 2017 high school football team have a 9-0 regular season. We always worked the small stuff that is ignored by most coaches, and in the long run, that’s what helped me the most against my opponents. If you are an athlete that is gearing up for your next season of high school and college, this is the place to go!

Incredible gym with outstanding one on one training and an awesome family atmosphere where elite athletes from all over St Louis push each other to be the very best athletes they can be. Coach Austin, with experience from the NFL combine, knows how to build top level athletes for any sport, not just football. Can't recommend this gym highly enough!

Spade Athletics is a top training facility, run by Austin Givens. Each athlete is given their own program to follow for what they want to improve upon. No cookie cutter training.

Spade Athletics provides a great athletic training atmosphere and very knowledgeable coaching. If you want to improve your skills drastically: this is where you need to be!

Spade Athletics offered more than jus training, I got science, and transparency from the trainers..
I also like the fact each of my 3 boys get 1on1 time with their trainer. Keep up the good work!
