Clean and well organized store at the Fullerton and Narragansett location. Great customer service from Violet one of the store associates was very nice and patient she was able to helps look for a car garage tent that we needed so badly and was very kind to bring it out from the back and even assisted us by helping getting it out to the car. I really give her more then five stars she gave us excellent customer service. Thanks again Violet!

Nice clean store. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Products are decent. I wouldn't shop her either I were a professional mechanic or the like, but for the hobbyist that does it once on a while the tool she good for the price.

Great place for tools if you a DIY and not looking for super expensive stuff like SnapOn, I’ve been having Pittsburgh tools for last 3 decades and the only one that broke was a breaker-bar and they give me a new one!!

I had a great experience and wonderful customer service today from staff member violet and Nelly they have outstanding customer service they took care of me with no problems no hesitation they are what employees should be like when Harbor Freight employees have training they should go and watch Violet and Nelly to see how great customer service is supposed to be operated in all businesses I think I'm very much and Harbor Freight at the Brickyard is lucky to have these two staff members

Harbor Freight Tools was a suggested stop for a DIY home tool kit for a college student. Either they'll lose it or keep it forever with the HFT Forever Tool Gaurantee. If any of the tools fail, just bring in the whole kit and swap it out with the like item. This kit was under $30, compact and has pretty much everything someone would need to fix things around the house, dorm or camping. Harbor Freight Tools location and staff give this a five star.

This place has so much to offer and always great prices, from basic items for a small gig or repair to big projects .They got your back also ,always a nice experience

Pleasant surprise. I came in and was greeted by a friendly guy with glasses. He offered for help and took me to the place where I could find my stuff.

Allison, the cashier was very patient with me. Very polite and respectful of my needs. Pedro helped me find my stuff too. The store is always neat, clean and well organized. If items are out of stock they will do their very best to inform you of impending arrival dates.

Very well organized, friendly service, and oh yeah - low prices! I needed some moving blankets which were a little pricey at other major stores, but I was delighted to see how low the price were here! I walked through HFT to see the many find tools they have, and was amazed. No doubt where I'll shop for tools!

If you need a good quality wrenches and sockets at reasonable price this is a place to go

Great place prices are slowly keeping up, but they are getting better quality tools. Staff is awesome

Russell is a very helpful employee. You have any questions he can answer just about anything. If you can't find it there he will try to tell you where to find what you're looking for. He's very informative.

Since my previous review I'm sadly to inform you that Russ has passed away in December, he was with the company for 10 years at the same store. He will be sadly missed.

I hate coming here since I spend a lot of money😂 but love shopping here

It took several calls to track down our item, however we found it at the Brickyard. Great service by the entire team. I believe it was the district manager that actually loaded into our car. Great place to shop.
