Chipotle Mexican Grill

The staff is absolutely amazing. These young workers are so kind, and they work quickly to get you your order, and it's always right. It's a pleasure to get fast and friendly service when you are on your way to a 12 hour shift. Please keep up the good work. I will continue to cone to South Holland's Chipolte.

I actually dined here a couple of times this week for my lunch or dinner. I feel happy eating there because it's a healthier choice of a meal. Love my chips with the meal.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! These people are rude and the food is always cold !! I order through Uber eats and I only had 3 pieces of chicken in my bowl when I paid for double. Food is expensive now a days and you should definitely get what you pay for ! This is some BS they’ll never get my service again!

I asked them to fix my chicken bowl a certain way and they fixed it just as I asked. The food is very very good.

This was a good experience for me. The employees were very attentive even though at one point I saw all 4 people in the back lookout down at their phones which makes me laugh sometimes cuz we are just in a different time. But I ordered online and was a few minutes early for my pickup time and the order was ready for me and it was all hot and fresh so I appreciate the initiative. The sprite machine was down so I had to get aomething else. That was my only gripe this day.

Probably the best fast food restaurant I've been to. Lots of choices for those like myself who avoid gluten for health reasons. I find the medium hot salsa to be just to my liking, with a good kick but not so hot that you can't really taste the food. Glad this place opened up in our town!

My first time visiting this particular Chipotle, and the he service was good and the staff had all smiles, and the food was just right. Keep up the good work. If I'm in the area I will most definitely stop by again. Happy New Years, Peace and Love

Defiantly had a good chicken salad today and the lady who made it was very friendly was just finishing when I went in had small talk and was pleased with my food. They even were doing some interviews fingers for having more staff to end there staff issues asap!

This is my favorite Chipotle I n the South Holland/Homewood area, they give nice portions per order. The one in Homewood rarely does when I eat there I am always hungry two/three hours later. Not so at the South Holland Chipotle, I ate half and had the rest for breakfast with eggs mixed in. Burrito Bowl w/tortilla/burrito shell.... The Bomb.

Food is always pretty fresh. You get your money's worth. Staff is always courteous

The food was fresh and the service was well. The portion servings were reasonable and the servers didn't make me feel I was being cheated or needing to ask for more.

Food was good.. just a little slow on the line. Cashier was so quick that I didn't see her put the receipt in the bag.

When I have a taste for Chipotle, this one is my go to. Although fairly new, the service is great, the staff is friendly, and everything is always fresh. I really don't go to any other Chiptole but this one now.

I was very pleased when the Chipotle opened on 162nd. I am overly pleased with the delightful service I receive every time I walk through those doors. I see the employees showing great teamwork with each other.

The young ladies on the front end, Jazmyn, Maya and Brianna were ALL AMAZING! Very personable, helpful and professional! Great job! Thank you for outstanding customer service!
