I’ve been with public storage for 30 years . I love the customer service . I really love the public storage in Chicago Heights , the manager name Nathan make you feel like family . Nathan is so genuine to the point you’re happy to make your payments .

So I came in today because I had questions about my reservations and wanted to see if I could change the date. I will say not only was Nathan very helpful he was very informative about the different size storage rooms. I am currently in the process of moving so this is all new to me and he made the entire experience very smooth. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family especially if he's working there to help us. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart I appreciate you.

Nathan was helping Me after my other unit got a leak it and he showed me how to do the insurance claim and how to transfer and then helped me move some of my items into the new unit

James the Property Attendant was very helpful, knowledgeable of the job, cares for the customers and has outstanding customer service. Recommend storing your goods at any Public Storage this young man is at.

A great facility, clean grounds, friendly staff. James was very helpful, knowledgeable and was more than willing to address my every concern.... not to mention his upbeat and positive attitude which only heightened my customer service experience, which is not always good at other establishments. He makes you feel like family and that you belong. I will definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends.

I wasn't able to get into my storage unit and the first time I visited no one really seemed to take an interest in my problem and I was given the phone number to the district manager Tom . After trying to reach him for several days I decided to call back, and this time the property manager, Sony immediately came to my rescue. She began to inquire about my issues and asked me to come in while she was there. Once I arrived there, she promptly assisted me in opening my storage unit. She was really friendly, helpful, and kind. She totally made my experience a pleasant one. Thank you again Sony for everything!

Sony, the property manager, was very professional and extremely personable. She made the process so easy and explained things in clear detail with such ease. The customer service experience was phenomenal! The property was clean and well maintained.

Toshiba was very welcoming she greeted me as soon as I walked in even though they were busy. She got some information from me and then took me out to see the unit. On the way back to the office she once again apologized about the little bit of waiting I had to do. She took her time explaining the leasing agreement. Overall she was very sweet and answered all my questions. I also loved the fact that I didn’t leave with a stack of papers.

Sony has been an amazing person to work with. She’s very Professional and friendly. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone! Keep up the great work Sony!!

I didn't get the guy's name but he was super helpful and was able to modify the agreement that I already had paid for without attitude or you know the usual run around. Overall great experience and help me set up the app to make everything so much easier

I had a pleasant experience at this storage unit. Nina has great customer service, an upbeat attitude and she is dependable. She was very knowledgeable of her job. We need more customers service reps like her. I WILL BE BACK AND REFER OTHERS AS WELL!!!

I recommend this location to all of my peers. Dashaya was extremely helpful and very friendly. She answered all of my questions with pure expertise. It makes me happy to have such encounters with people in customer service. Keep up the good work.

Ebony here was really nice knowledgeable friendly and funny we talked about family kid's life all while doing the Rental process. I was having a bad day and she really brighten up my day just with her encouraging words thank you ebony for making my day better. ebony here was very friendly and I love her personality she is such a people person you don't get great customer service now a days but you will here at Public Storage. Ebony I really hope you get your Sundays off you are Beyond a blessing and helpful keep praying for them Sundays girl.

Dawnya was really nice and friendly and showed us everything we needed to be showed and answered all of our questions. This is the best customer service we've ever encountered especially with me having to translate everything to my mom; she was very patient with us and we're thankful for that. Dawnya is the best!

The customer service I received from Dawnya was phenomenal! I went in to check out the facility and see want unit would work best for my needs, and I was so surprised at how clean and well lit it was. I was not ready to rent at that time, so the fact that I was not pressured to "Rent Now" was refreshing. I know that when I am ready to rent a unit I will be in good hands. It is nice to know that good customer service is not a thing of the past.

The property is very clean and well kept. Sony, the property manager, is AWESOME and her customer service is phenomenon. Sony has really made a major difference at this facility with her bright spirit.
