I have never been to a place on a Thursday afternoon where the staff and owner just exuded excitement for being able to serve. The Thursday "special" damn near gave me a heart attack it was so big. Cooked perfectly medium rare, and had incredible flavor. And everyone seemed to be having a great time. From the patrons, to the staff, to the owner. Great place to visit. Price is right.

What an absolute pleasure to have hosted my husband’s birthday party at PHT. The owner Spiro was a delight to work with. He and his staff made sure everything was seamless and helped in every possible way.
The food was delicious , all my guests enjoyed the food and the ambience. It was a perfect place to host and celebrate my husband’s birthday.
Sure I will look to host more events in the near future.

Found this gem while in the area for my son's Navy graduation and couldnt have been happier for our dining experience. Clean, awesome decor, spacious and cannot praise the service any higher. Dimitri and staff took such good care of our family - so polite and respectful, made us feel like family. One order came out with fries instead of a salad (which we didn't even mind) BUT without anything being said we had a salad put on the table within seconds... THAT is great service to be that attentive. Give this place a try, positive you won't be disappointed!

My party of 3 really enjoyed our experience tonight. There was a minor mishap with our order and the way MacKenzie and McKenzie handled everything was textbook and left us incredibly appreciative. The Godfather sandwich was amazing!

Cosy and friendly place, it was the first time that I’ve been there but it felt like I was there before that’s how friendly it is!
Good food, good drinks, plenty of parking space and they have some games inside.

Prairie House is a local gem! Their staff and service is accommodating and friendly, their food is delicious, their ambiance indoor and outdoor is wonderful. No bugs outside in the summer, and plenty of decor and seating indoors. I take all my clients and business meetings here. You guys are great!

Prairie House hosted the engagement party for my Fiancé and I on New Years Eve and were fantastic hosts! The Manager was very accommodating and the bartenders were very nice! Loved the space we were able to use for it and definitely will always keep them in mind for future events!

We hosted a 70th birthday party and could not have asked for a better time. The owner was responsive to emails and very helpful. The environment is very laid back and inviting. Their indoor/outdoor area is perfect for parties. The price was very reasonable as the quality is amazing. Everyone loved the food and were thrilled to fill a to go container. Service was great and the server was very kind. We have been there many times for meals out and will continue to do so. Whether it is for a quick bite or a party, we highly recommend.

Have been there a few times and we’ve sat at the bar. Service is great, they had Bingo going on one of the nights we stopped in, and the vibe is chill.

Great choice! We had a very large party and they were so accommodating. When we drove up I was not sure what to expect. The patio in the back is very nice. The food was good and the waitstaff we very attentive. I would recommend if you are in the area.

We had our 50th High School reunion at Prairie House and it worked out perfectly! Spiro and his team were very flexible, helpful and responsive. We had the 4 seasons room and the deck and it worked out perfect for people to either sit down and eat or wander around and mingle. Thanks for much for everything!

I had my retirement party here with about 60 people. Large area to gather, food was great, and staff was excellent. Easy to work with and plan my event. Would definitely go back for a meal or an event. Thanks for a great time.

A fantastic family owned establishment that prides itself on BIG enjoyment at small prices! The BEST burgers in Chicagoland, pizza that satisfies, fresh salads & the drink specials are a delicious bargain!

I hosted a private party at Prairie House in their beautiful patio room. The owner was very accommodating to my special requests, my guests all raved about the delicious food and our servers were very attentive and personable! I highly recommend this place for your private event.

Staff was awesome. Super friendly and fun. $5 Bloody Marys were excellent! Great burger and pizza.
The back room has a good vibe.
