Barnes & Noble

It makes me happy that there are still physical bookstores left! This one is a great representative of why: it's cozy, has a ton of books, gifts, toys, board games, a Starbucks, and other bookstore-essential things. Staff are friendly, the store is clean, and everything is well-organized.

This Barnes & noble is the closest one to me, and I recently came here looking for presents. The workers were nice I asked one of them if there was specific book they had and they went and got it for me. They have great books and it is very calming in there. If I could I would go back but since it’s quite far away I might not have time🥲 But overall it’s a nice bookstore to be in.

Came with family to browse and pick up something for the baby. Large selection, helpful staff. Physical books will always rock!!

This location has a really nicely organized selection of books. The staff is very helpful and does a really good job keeping the shelves stocked and organized. I really enjoy this location and recommend checking it out.

My girlfriend wanted to buy “Around the world in 80 days”. Did not spend a lot of time, but looked like a great shop - plenty of books, good customer service, clean. We did spend a lil time looking at the “Local” section.

Nice place to browse for books and have a cup of coffee. I miss the Old Orchard Barnes, but I can get to this one now and then. Bookstores address a great treasure and I do what I can to preserve this one. Hopefully, it is here forever.

Great to have Barnes and Nobles Around,
It is though a shadow of what it used to be. Staff are kind intelligent and receptive.

Great experience ever time I go there. Is worth the drive to Skokie for this barnes and nobles. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Got me help to order this book I really wanted and to find this series I wanted too. 10/10

Amazing booksellers!

I would like to share an interaction with Sam. He pointed me in the direction of an amazing book completely unprompted. I do not present as a particularly approachable person and yet he still made the effort to share some thoughts and tell me about "Days at the Morasaki Bookshop." The book was a quick read and it really hit home, I absolutely loved it.

I'm so happy you have a bookworm committed to sharing the thoughts they have about the books they have read. I don't think I would have found myself buying that book without the help of Sam.

Great location. Is nice to visit a brick and mortar bookstore and roan the aisles. They really want you to join their frequent buyer's club.

It's kinda ironic the chain book stores ran most of the Mom and pop stores outa business. And now there are only a few of the big ones left.
I have always liked B&N because I like books and I'm for keeping all the book stores in business,
so buy books people!!

The staff here is wonderful. They are always willing to help you. Whenever I ask for book recommendations they do a great job of recommending all types of genres to pull my interest. It’s very clean inside also and very well organized. It’s really busy you can tell that this is one of the most popular Barnes & Noble‘s in the area.

Always have the right book and gift cards available love the coffee shop and atmosphere great place to vist highly recomended...

Like to hang around and brows in the store seeing what new books they have and sometimes I go there looking for a magazine that someone has recommended. They have nice gifts and a little cafe in some.

Everyone I have spoken to or seen for help has been extremely kind. Sometimes I am hesitant to ask for help but this store is very big with a wide variety, so a little assistance is always welcome. I don't know if my face is easily readable or how they tell I can't find something, but often before I ask for assistance they ask me if I need help. I think those are the small things that make this store memorable. I live towards the west suburbs, so going to this store on days where I am not at work is a mission lol. But again I go cause they almost always have the books I'm missing, and the staff is very kind.

The staff were very interactive whenever asking of initiating in a conversation. And I believe that is the power of these books! Great staff! Great selection! One thing I do wish though is that Barnes and noble would be even better if they had books on theology! It’s one of my favorite things to read about

Big selection, friendly & helpful staff, & the ambiance of the traditional Barnes & Noble feel. Really hope they never change their style. I stopped going to the Old Orchard location after they renovated. It just wasn't the same.

Amazon had a specific book completely out of stock. This Barnes and Noble had it in stock. Woohoo! Thank you.

Came here on a whim with my Mom to do some window shopping and managed to snag a deal on a pretty tall stack of books thanks to the help and guidance we had gotten from Gia who seemed more than happy to answer our questions on what we were buying.
I never really seem to have a bad time when I come here so I figured I give props to whomever assisted me this time around :)
