Costco Wholesale

This Costco is good. Sells alcohol and seems bigger than the one in Arlington VA. I think this may be the only Costco that is officially in DC. The other are in Maryland and Virginia zip codes. Definitely a must check out for your usual bulk shopping. Prices seems to be a little cheaper in warehouse than what is currently being displayed online. So check in person first at the warehouse.

Great store with good return policy also for how busy is before holidays store is clean and workers are polite,friendly,respectful and helpful.

I love this Costco because it is one of the only one's in the area that you can get alcohol in bulk. Parking and getting out of the lot is a bit of a nightmare sometimes, so try to come as early as possible to alleviate some of that stress. There are also quite a few shops in the area if you are looking for something else. Overall, it's a great Costco location with friendly staff.

This location is really super busy, but the staff are well trained and they are able to get people through pretty fast even at checkout. Parking is super crowded too, but again they have people directing the cars when needed to help with it. Super busy location, but seems well managed.

Parking isn't always smooth. They need to look into it. But still, the overall shopping experience is always great. Assistants are helpful, so that helps to take some stress away.

Love shopping there, all products have good quality and reasonable prices. Come early is my recommendation

This a good Costco to go to for many reasons - if you are in the DC area and want to get gas (and don't mind waiting in line), buy everything Costco has to offer, and also get alcohol and wine at the same time 😊❤

Now for the challenges here:
- Parking can be a challenge here and may take a bit to find a spot.
- Also, as mentioned above, the wait for gas can take a while - enough for your kid to graduate High School 😲
- And finally, the long and narrow area to exit the store - feels like getting to a ride at Universal Studios in the middle of Summer! Why does it have to be such a pain to leave the store after buying more stuff that we need? Can't the Costco geniuses (and there are many working at the company) design a better exit lane?

The rest of the shopping experience is good and more like the Costco we have come to love and support. And the cherry on the top is the food tastings 🥧🍪🥛

Customer service is good as well - they checkout folks at a great speed and make it easy to move through the checkout lanes.

Availability of alcohol makes the trip totally worth it. 💕

The Costco in Washington DC is great and very clean and customer friendly.You can get your favorite alcoholic drink at a great price and great prices on all kind of merchandise and food.Went down there last week and got a new card in less than 5 minutes.You also can enjoy plenty of food and drink samples all the time.I really love the DC Costco location more than all other locations near me.

Always love going to the DC Costco. Such an outstanding selection, plus they have booze (not something we get in Costcos in Maryland).
The parking lot is always full but checkout is pretty quick.

A bit crowded, but great just as every other Costco. If you haven’t been a member for a while, now is your time to go back! Things have only gotten better!

Pretty easy to reach by public transport if one doesn’t plan to get much (and traveling by bus and metro forces one to be a bit more circumspect in one’s purchases). Will be returning monthly and already know where to find great holiday essentials.

Hadn’t had Costco pizza in years, and it really hit the spot. It’s one of the few places in the country where a meal and a drink can still be had for under $3!

The staff deserves 5 stars. They are always helpful. In particular I want to mention Jenny, at customer service who was headed to her break, but stopped to help me with what turned out to be a more complicated process than just a temp. card. She was kind and patient, I wish more places had people in customer service who actually care like she does.

This is a great location close to the city. They have alcohol unlike their Virginia counterparts. I do wonder if they have the new cookie!? Anybody know?

A wide variety of items( ( in stock ), that's my biggest takeaway, the fruits are Fresh, the pastries are good, the cleaning supplies are on sale periodically which is beneficial unexpectedly satisfying on the pocket. The staff is always helpful and courteous.

The biggest of big box stores is Costco and the quality and quantity for your needs are always met. The DC location sells alcohol at very good prices. I live in suburban Maryland but work in DC so I stop by on my way home for my food & adult beverage needs as well as filling up the tank with gasoline.

Its always a pleasure coming into this Costco to see the workers with great customer service. They are friendly and kind. The selections are wide and many. I really like this location and it’s close to home.

The eye care department here is excellent. Lisa was professional, efficient, and such a pleasure to chat with. I really felt like no time passed at all. She also told me I looked thinner in person than in my member photo, and for that I am eternally grateful and will be a forever Costco customer. And she looks GREAT in olive.

Costco. The rotisserie chicken never disappoints. Inexpensive and delicious, but I always leave with more items than that. Costco knows this because the chicken is placed in the back of the store. During my shopping trips, I have discovered that zucchini pancakes are delicious and addictive. I'm loving my "mood" clock too. I always snap photos of items I want or items that simply catch my attention. To me, Costco membership is definitely worth it.

I am a Costco lover and a huge fan of the so called “savings” even though I spend what feels like a fortune on every trip.
The only con of this place is the parking situation. Sometimes it hinders my desire to make the trip. It’s beyond crowded every single time I go there!

As long as the parking lot situation isn't completely ridiculous (thanks for adding all those people to direct traffic over the holidays) this Costco is easy to shop at and has all the stuff you need.
