I exchanged an online order for something in the store. It was easy and the customer service was excellent. No questions asked!

This location has the best curbside/store-pick up service. My orders are always ready in less than an hour -- often ready in just 10 minutes.

Always a pleasure to visit this location. The store is always clean and organized. You usually get greeted as you walk in the door. The associates are always helpful and pretty knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to help! Well stocked too! Bought a fitness trampoline to keep a 7 yr old from going stir crazy in an apartment during these NO School days! Hope it works! It was Waaay up high. Had 3 different associates make sure I got what needed. All while helping other customers.

oh my goodness I was on the phone with my cousin, while she was shopping for football cleats for her son. When I tell you that the amount of "OUTSTANDING" customer service that the professional young lady "Ryan" gave to her while she was shopping was absolutely amazing!!

I had to tell my cousin through the phone to please tell Ms. Ryan that the level of coatomer service she gave was "THE BEST" that I have seen in a very long time. Ryan if your reading this please keep up the good work!! I am extremely proud of you young lady.

My salesman was great, taught me a lot about tennis shoes.

First time at this location and Adrian made it such a nice experience. Was hoping to find some tennis related items and despite many things being sold out Adrian helped us find some good golf equipment and gave very helpful tips on the kind of tennis racket I needed. It is always nice to meet staff that are knowledgeable and wanting to help better your extracurricular activities. Thank you Adrian!

First time shopper. I went in short notice on search for soccer cleats with my son. I was helped by two employees, they were patient and courteous. My son ended finding the perfect cleats, along with soccer socks, shorts and shirt. Definitely will visit this location in the future. 👍

Tyrone Thomas in the golf dept is awesome! He really knows what he’s talking about, and he not only helped me pick the right driver, he also gave me some useful tips to help my game. I will be coming to him anytime I need new clubs.

Staff was very helpful soon as I walked through the door security asked what I needed and I got it in less than 20 minutes I was out the door with my daughter's rollerblade slash roller skates

Man, I love Dick’s (he said without even the hint of a grin) - One of the last brick and mortar sporting good stores that we have in this country.

Support them by purchasing directly from the store or you can be rest assured that we will all solely be ordering everything online in the very near future..... and that’s not really a future that we want.

Very nice and well organized store. I was greeted by three people at different times upon entering the building. And store attendants made sure I was able to find everything I needed.
