Bontà Pizzeria & Restaurant

Nice Italian restaurant. I’m giving it five stars but it’s not really worth it. The service is great, location is also great but food is just ok. The soup was too salty and very basic just like from the can, maybe that’s what it was. We also had sea bass ant it wasn’t fresh although tasted ok -ish. Coffee was also stale but drinkable. I don’t think i was expecting anything better though so 5stars. Also the lady serving us was very nice. I would consider coming here again to try their pizza.

Bonta offered a variety of delicious food during my visit. The half order of bruschetta was quite generous, with two big and delectable slices. Adding Parmesan cheese on top made it even better. However, the eggplant was a bit too cheesy and lacked crispiness. Next time, I would request less cheese to enhance the dish.

Now, let me tell you about the star of the show - the rigatoni vodka. It was absolutely amazing! They also have a big selection of pizzas that I didn't get a chance to try this time, but I plan to try them on my next visit.

The ambiance at Bonta is charming, with a cozy cafe-like feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and the owner even came over to introduce himself, which added a personal touch to the experience.

The menu features an array of fresh desserts that we didn't get to try because we were too full, but I would definitely recommend saving room for them.

Overall, Bonta is a cozy spot with delightful offerings and exceptional service. I would happily revisit to try more of the menu!!

Stopped here many times, but to crowded. Today we stopped in around 11:15. Bought 2 Italian beef sandwich combos. The soup tasted homemade, sandwiches were excellent quality and the cookies tasted homemade. We also bought a 4 pack of stuffed peppers, which I'm sure will be top notch. Owner was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back. Highly Recommended!!!!

First time customer here, and this is a MUST TRY!! It’s all about good vibes, good food, and good service. I found this restaurant to be very authentic and welcoming. The vino was delicious and paired well with my meal. This place has something for everyone, and honestly, I will certainly be back for more. They are, of course, known for their pizza, but If thought to switch it up a bit and got Alfredo pasta! They’ve earned my highest recommendation.

My family is staying in Lincolnshire while out of town and came across Bontà as a place to get dinner one evening. We had a wonderful experience; staff was amazing and food was delicious! Owners and staff were incredibly attentive, generous and maintained a welcoming, warm atmosphere. Food was phenomenal, as was the house wine! Couldn’t have picked a better spot; will definitely recommend and visit next time we’re here!

From out of town and got Bontà as a suggestion from my hotel. Did not disappoint one bit! Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Food was out to me fairly quick and tasted amazing! I got the pepperoni pizza and Italian Wedding soup

I have lived nearby for 9 years and can’t believe I didn’t know this place existed.

The food is fantastic and not ridiculously priced for the area and what you are getting. My panini was amazing and had the most unique potato salad I have ever had. It was really good. My friend had a panini that was fantastic and he said he and his buddy got calzones last time which were good too.

I guess my wife has been wanting to go for a while. I will be back very soon!

Be prepared to pay a 3% fee to use a credit card. Somewhat unique for a restaurant and the owner was ornery about it too.

The staff were extremely friendly even during a very busy dinner rush. The wait was a little longer than usual, but was due to a printer error that put the staff behind. With that unfortunate event they still provided great service and were attending every table as quickly as possible.

The food was well worth the wait! I got the vodka pasta with shrimp, and it was a 10/10 dish. If we are ever in the area for another tournament we are definitely stopping in again!

There were stuffed peppers, tiramisu, veggie lasagna, cheese lasagna, and meat lasagna in the refrigerator case by the cash register. We liked the meat lasagna (which takes an hour to bake). The tiramisu was also very good. The arancini that we ordered for take-out came with a small container of marinara sauce.

Was staying down the road and saw the good reviews. Thought we would try it. Dined in and service was great. The food was excellent. Large sandwiches. Pizza was first out. Fresh with gooey cheese and pepperoni. Little greasy but was very tasty. The pasta with vodka sauce, my goodness. Best pasta dish I've had in awhile. Aldente pasta and added shrimp. The bread on the side was light soft and crispy crust used to mop up anything left in the bowl. That good. The panini sandwich was great. Very filling. I would not hesitate to stop here again.

Absolutely fabulous. Everything tasted fantastic. Servers were friendly and attentive. We ended up there after a play and knew nothing about the place. Only regret is we live far enough that we can't return on a regular basis.

Do yourself a favor and try the lemon chicken soup. It is so bomb!

Friendly staff and great tasting food with fresh ingredients! Definitely a must visit if you're in the area. I had the panco chicken panini and the tomato basil soup. Delish!

I’ve been dying for Bontas bruschetta’ for almost a year now. $5 for “half” is a great price. Their half is huge. Add in a $5 aricini and you have the perfect lunch for $10!!!

This was a lovely spot and one word, delicious. A true Italian deli with delicious pies and various eats. The buffalo margherita pizza was simple and delicious...flavorful tomatoes, rich buffalo mozzarella, and fresh basil. Just enough to share with two people and a salad, or to devour by yourself.

The grilled vegetable salad with chicken was also tasty...tender, and well seasoned, chicken with lovely eggplant, roasted red peppers, etc. The vinaigrette was made in house and was an excellent compliment.

The cannoli was different than what I am used to, it had a hint of citrus. When we make ours for Christmas it they would contain a touch of cinnamon. I would imagine the cannolis here would be lovely, and refreshing, on a warm summer evening with an espresso.

Definitely plan to return to this gem.

Wish I could give them more than 5 stars, staff was the BEST. So kind and so helpful and food was fast! Granted, it was slow for a bit but still not worried about being looked over. Cannot wait to come back and I haven’t even left.

I ordered Bontà for the first time tonight using Grub Hub. I got the Quattro Formaggi Pizza. When the driver arrived he had the wrong food. When I let him know it was the wrong order, he replied with, that's what they gave me, call the restaurant and he left.

When I called the restaurant, I spoke to a very nice young man, who confirmed what was ordered vs what I received, was very apologetic and patched me to the manager. She as well, was very apologetic and offered to bring us our pizza. She arrived quickly, with our pizza and apologized again and was very pleasant.

I am very impressed with Bontà and how they handled things, and the pizza was delicious. Iwill 100% be ordering from Bontà again in the future!

Where to begin/// as a professional guest and addicted pizza person I have found the gem (to me) !! Bonta is worth the money hands down// the owners (Antonella & Nunzeo) who were working bussing tables,running food, brought me my beer and frosted mug, and rang in my food withbs smile are incredible. I asked Antonella, who was on the register, what was great she told me the margarita pizza which is the least expensive pizza / an owner that does not suggest the most expensive item (awesome) not let me clear some things up. 1. It is a deli mini grocery store and pizza place. 2. They have counter service during lunch and full service at dinner 3. They have a dinner menu that i am excited to go back and try. 4. The entire team was amazingly polite and hospitable. 5. Before you complain about the pizza know what type of pizza you are eating. 6. It is cooked in a wood fired grill your gonna get charred bubbles on the crust ( try it, it is delicious)7. If you dont like something talk to the owners they want the feedback and will fix it. 8. Antonella and Nunzeo thank you for allowing to be in your home and try your real food. I will be back.

This place is so good! We started with aranchini. Then had three sandwich combos, one caprese and one meatball, both with soup. The chicken lemon soup (Saturday) was amazing too! Will definitely be back and can't wait to try other dishes.

I ordered the Pizza Margherita and it was delicious. It came out perfect, the top had plenty of fresh mozzarella, and the bottom was nice and crispy!

Pizza Margherita Pizza is really high quality, the mozzarella has amazing texture and light oil. Also came out fresh, warm, and quick!
But the PASTA IS A MUST MUST TRY
Vodka Pasta was perfectly boiled and the cream was rich and savory. They top it with parmesan and parsley. Surprised to experience an amazing quality Italian cuisine in the suburbs. 1000% City Quality in Lincolnshire!
