Dunkin'

I needed a little dessert after a meal at a pub nearby in Rock Island. I'm not a Dunkin' superfan, but I generally like their donuts and hot beverages from time to time. Up until this point, I also hadn't been to many locations along 18th Avenue in Rock Island, so I opted to visit and sit for a while and relax on this lazy Saturday morning.

The interior of this Dunkin' is similar to many of the others I've visited. There's a combination of different lighting fixtures suspended from the ceiling, including some large cylindrical fixtures just off center of the dining area that appear unique to this location. The walls are a neutral tan with various advertisements and coffee shop decoration adorned upon them. The floors consist chiefly of a uniformly placed 1x2 foot dark ceramic tile, while the overhead is covered by a drop ceiling and a combination of the aforementioned lighting with florescent fixtures throughout, as well. All in all, it looks like what you'd expect from the interior of a Dunkin'.

For this trip, I got a pack of chocolate munchkins and a hot green tea to drink. Both were out to me within minutes. The munchkins were exactly what I'd expect from Dunkin', not really much more to say there - they were donut holes. The tea was similarly what should be expected from a coffee and donut shop - it was pretty standard bagged green tea, honestly. I took some time to enjoy both in the corner where the two comfier chairs were positioned.

The only thing that was a little off about this location was the general cleanliness level. I was in the dining area a little after noon, and the floors and most of the tables appeared to be a little dirtier than expected. The entire 45-50 minutes I was there, I didn't see anyone move to wipe down the tables, nor sweep up the floors at any point. I'm not sure if this is a gap in this particular Dunkin' or if it's normal for other locations. Either way, it was slightly off putting.

I'm not a normal Dunkin' consumer, and this trip hasn't really swayed me away from the place nor convinced me to come back with any regularity. I still think their donuts are okay and will probably be returning in the future for them at this location or others at some point. Thanks again, Dunkin'.

Rock Island is the Best Dunkin Donuts in the QC right next to Silvis Dunkin. They both have exceptional workers!!!!

My time at this place is amazing. The foods and everything is awesome and delicious! The workers are very nice and awesome. I love this company! I love their coffee and everything on their menu! I will come back again like before. I love their holiday and birthday favors!

Moved to the quad from new England and was weary of not finding an adequate dunks, this location is spot on everytime tho!

Used Drive thru so not sure of the atmosphere, but it's Dunkin....
Slow at the window around 3:00 PM.
Person in front of us only ordered coffee and it was over 5 minutes before they received the order. Ours was only 1 small order of Munchkins

I had a toasted white chocolate latte which was delicious! They were kind and professional and had made my drink the way I had requested. If your feeling like a nice drink I would recommend stopping by. The holiday drinks are delicious!

The Best Coffee. I get a large iced coffee year round

Love their donuts and I also had the avocado toast and it was delicious! I did want the avocado and roasted tomato but they were out of roasted tomato but just the avocado on toast was just fine and good.

I drive from silvis to Rock island Dunkin because they have consistently made my orders perfect! Today there was a mess up due to my own online ordering mistake and the manager fixed my order w out hesitation and a smile on her face. This is good business thank you Kelly.
Silvis Dunkin is closer but I'll still drive to RI the employees here are the best

Always a sure bet. Dunkin delivers time and time again. Get the local school discount card. Good for 1/2 price on a dozen donuts 🍩

Always get good customer service here, they are often out of a lot of their donuts but it is what it is.

Best ice coffee ever.. by far by far one of the best iced coffees I've had the girls are friendly drive through lines pretty quick very happy with all my purchases there

Everyone is pleasant and helpful, plus the salted caramel, vanilla, and hazelnut lattes are delicious. They always figure out my coupons, too.

Delicious coffee beverages and enjoy their food. I worry about the quality of food at coffee places like this (and Starbucks for example), but I always enjoy their power breakfast sandwich!
