I had custom napkins made for my husband's birthday party. It was kind of a rush to get it done and the people there bent over backwards to deliver. They did a great job and the napkins were a huge hit.

I ordered some notepads for teachers for Christmas. They turned out better than I expected and even came in their own gift bag tied with a ribbon! All I need to do is add a gift tag. I also liked that customer service checked to make sure the spelling was correct on one of the notepads.

Do NOT purchase their personalized plastic cups because their sizes are a lot smaller than they show and 2 cups had white scratch like markings on them that were permanent marks!
After several back and forth emails to customer service plus pictures and a liquid test video to prove they were wrong, nothing was resolved and no refunds or exchanges! Not willing to work with me at all!!

This company screwed our order up. After 2 weeks of waiting we received the wrong items. After speaking with the offices 3 times the cups arrived with the wrong color printed on them. The office wanted us to keep the items at a discount. No ma'am. Please send us a full refund.
