My favorite shoe store by far! Highest quality comfortable stylish shoes, sneakers, and boots, priced fairly, with excellent customer service provided by the owners, Lee and Beth, who are always helpful, never pushy. I shopped here for my children (daughter and son) beginning when they were small, and my 26-year-old daughter requested a trip while she was visiting last week because she was looking for a nice pair of boots. We also brought my 86-year-old mother and my sister, and everyone was very pleased with their purchases--especially my mom needs assistance finding shoes that fit and are comfortable. Abbott Shoe Store gets my highest recommendation!

Just wanted to say how amazing of an experience I had at Abbots today! Beth helped my elderly grandmother find the perfect shoes. She showed her many different styles, was very patient, and definitely made my grandmothers day by taking the time to help her! Great selection of shoes for those seeking extra support in their step. It very much pays to shop local, the smile on my grandmothers face as she was leaving the store, so happy with her new shoes, was priceless!

The owners of Abbot Shoes are wonderful people. They go above and beyond in their efforts to provide outstanding customer service. This is the only place my husband and I go for shoes, and it is the only place I go to purchase shoes for my grandchildren. They even offer a loyalties card.

I've been buying my shoes here for about 30 years. It's a half hour ride from where I live, but the quality is worth it.. Always a good selection and the staff is extremely helpful. Once, I emailed them a photo of the shoes I wanted, they ordered them, and I picked them up a week or so later. When kids were little, I bought their shoes here. I always check the clearance rack for bargains.

I have bought several shoes at this store. I have always been very happy with the shoes and the customer service. But then you get the kind of extraordinary treatment that you have to write about and let others know! I wear Dansko shoes because of repeated failed foot surgery. They have a great selection at this store.

Several months after purchase, I noticed one pair didn't hold up like the others. It seemed to be a defect of some sort. I brought them back and the owners gave me a new pair free of charge!

That is awesome customer service. I will most certainly continue to buy shoes here!

This store is AMAZING!
Have always relied on them to provide me with the BEST supportive shoes for my arthritis. Pain relief is #1 for me, because of widely dispersed arthritis.
My feet have been pain free for over 15 years.

Excellent medium-size, men's and women's shoe store with very knowledgeable and attentive staff. They have a generous frequent buyer program. It is near my home and it is easy to get there.

Abbott Shoe has a great selection with helpful proprietors - Beth and Lee are both attentive, knowledgable, patient, and not at all pushy. They helped to solve my plantar fasciitis problem and have been really responsive over the years when I need a different size than is in stock or when I have met with a shoe challenge. I cannot recommend this store enough! Abbotts is my 'go to' place for shoes , boots, and sandals!

Abbott Shoe is my "go to" for shoes and boots. They carry high quality brands. The owner knows all the products and directs me which ones might work with my size and custom orthidics. I've bought Vionics which have enough support without orthidics. Have a card stamped to earn a discount on future purchases. Can't wait to see the fall line.

Only place I'll buy shoes. I've been going there my whole life and I have pretty bad feet issues. The couple that runs the store is always super helpful in finding my shoes, even when it sometimes takes more than a few tries to find the right fit.

Fantastic customer service. Went there for something very specific and non-traditional and they were more than accommodating. I would highly recommend them. Also they've been around forever, and for good reason.
