There's A Treat Takeout

I underestimated this little order-at the window restaurant. We got there and immediately saw that this place gets a lot of business. We got the fried shrimp plate with fries, a side of spicy fries, and a lobster roll. Everything was delicious and hit the spot. While we waited for our food, we saw many people leave with delicious-looking ice cream cones! Definitely a good spot for your sweet tooth too! There is a lot of outdoor seating and a cute play area with a cut-out for pictures!

Summer starts at T.A.T.! Lovin' the dragon fries, fried clams and a classic soft serve. Dog friendly picnic area. Can't beat it.

Always love stopping in for a icecream and some time dinner . Kids love the playground outback. They are always doing some thing fun for the community

The vegan blueberry ice cream was to die for! Gluten-free topping options too in addition to hard and soft traditional ice cream.

Super good food, fast and friendly service even at a busy lunch time. Recommend this sweet spot to anyone. We had a variety of food. Burgers, tenders (exceptionally delicious), chicken burger, and fries. All on point 👍

Wonderful lobster roll and soft ice cream. Also my wife enjoyed blueberry pie with a hardy scoop of ice cream. Plenty of places to sit outside. Enjoyed sitting in the shade at a picnic table. Nice playground for little ones. Enjoyed.

Food is awesome but their ice cream is stellar!

Food was great! I got the shrimp Poboy and it was delicious and very fresh. Definitely a must try.

We’re locals to the peninsula and this place can’t be beat! The haddock sandwich is huge and without any hint of the fishy-ness you get at other places. The burgers are fresh and unique. The kids meal deals is a wild deal. Highly recommend! Everything is always fresh and delicious!

Was here over a year ago and still talking about the Maineberry pie. Never had one so good. Heavy on raspberries not blueberries and it wasn’t syrupy, just fresh fruit not sloppy and crust good too. Wish they were closer!

Hands down best value kids meals around, anywhere! We went here multiple times on our trip, with great specials, prices, and fresh food it is a must. Nice shaded outdoor dining, play area to keep kids occupied and good food! Kids meal comes with pick 2 options, a drink, and ice cream.

Everything is totally delicious. We ate there all the time. Haddock burger: yum! Gobbler wrap: yum! Burger of the day - OMG, it sounds crazy but they had this burger that was like an eggs benedict on top of a burger?? It was absolutely delicious. I still think about it. And all their burgers are great. Pies?? The best. Perfect Arnold Palmers (ice tea lemonades). Great hours. Of all the places to eat in Deer Isle, I have to say this my favorite.

Stopped in on way home from barred Island.. the food was excellent as was the service. I got the fish and chips which are lots of small chucks of fish , fries, and Cole slaw. Tasty!
My wife got a chicken ceaser salad and she says it was great! We then finished up with some excellent ice cream! Loved the fly fishing fudge. There is a playground and things for young children and picnic tables with umbrellas for the fam. Great visit.

We stopped into this drive in restaurant for lunch on a rainy day. We were seven in total, 4 kids, 1 teen, and 2 old folks. The food was all delicious. Burgers and fries all around, and they were so good. Generous portions. The kids meals were something else! A bucket with a toy, their meal, and a plastic coin for an ice cream. We look forward to returning soon!

Fantastic snack shack! Fried haddock burger was great, curly fries were crispy. Little under seasoned but the service and cute location made up for that.

Great ice cream, but you probably want to eat lunch first so try their burgers or platters. You will not be disappointed!

The lobster rolls are a great value with more meat than you were expecting. The dragon fries are the perfect match to nearly any dish. Their haddock is fresh, flakey, and cooked exactly as it should be.

Perfect drive in take out. Simple flavors and large portions. I love their always changing daily specials and fair prices. So many ice cream flurry options, the berry cheese cake flavors are the best!

Friendly people, amazing food, good prices and a beautiful playground for younger children.

Good quality food prepared from fresh ingredients. The fried foods were crispy, yet light, and it was obvious the fry oils are changed regularly, as the product was clean and golden in color. Absolutely delicious food and reasonable portions at market rates.
