One of the most beautiful Starbucks I've visited. And I've visited a lot in my travels. Three stories of coffee heaven is how I described it to our daughter.

The baristas were very pleasant and efficient; which, was a necessity as busy as it was. The walking distance location from all the hotels and attractions was a huge bonus as well.

One of the nicer and cooler Starbucks we've been to. The lounge upstairs is a really cool space to sit and enjoy the views. It just so happened to rain, and we got to see a full rainbow!

Yea, this is the Starbucks with the zip line. I went in at 10:00am and there were 8 people behind the counter and one out front stocking straws and such. This place is across the street and 1 short block south of the Shepler's docks.

One day, I forgot my laptop and a book, and I realized when I took the bus that I didn't have my laptop, so I called Starbucks and asked for my laptop and my book. If they had found something and they said yes, you left here, but you can come get it and they gave me the available hours. The staff is really nice! And honest. Wow!

Beautiful location, lots of merchandise to browse & friendly staff.

Walked in with a line almost out the door and still was able to place and pick up my order rather quickly. Store was cute and clean. Staff was nice.

Not bad for being in Mackinaw City. Service is very good for as busy as the place is. The staff are polite and friendly. Don't listen to the uppity, think their S... don't stink tourists leaving bad reviews, who are whining about the service here. Its people like them why no one wants to work in the service industry!! Service is fast for the amount to people that are cramming their self's in here. If one doesn't like the service here, then drive 30 - 60 miles to the other closest Starbucks!
