Wendy's

I went there late the other night and it was a long wait. I experienced 3 employees and 2 of them were beyond nice and kept apologizing. I told them both no worries as I know on the weekends later in the evening they are usually slammed and doing the best they can. My meal was delicious as well. Just wanted to give them a shout out!

This is the cleanest, most efficient Wendy's that I have ever been to. Their team worked so well together, communicated, and took care of their "guests", as they were repeatedly referred to as they handled orders. Bathroom was super clean, too. Wow, just wow!!! Congrats to the management here.

I hadn't eaten here in a while because it hadn't been very good but this time the food was much better!

The foods good and actually pretty fast for a Wendy's and our order is always right.

Really clean, friendly staff not bad on getting your food fixed and to you. They do have a lot of drink choices....

I love Wendy's number one combo, single with cheese. It's delicious. They also have good chili. All of their salads are delicious, you can't go wrong with any of them, they are all wonderful. Top off your meal with a Frosty, my favorite is the vanilla, but they don't always have it. They boot it for a "special" flavor. I'm always disappointed when I go and they don't have the vanilla Frosty.

Friendly folks in the drive thru, fairly quick service, no issues with the order. Wish the burger had been hot instead of warm, but at least the fries were nuclear-hot.

The Mr.Jr Bacon cheese burger sandwich is always best on the go , work or home , only a sack.

I love the asagio chicken sandwich. Service was quick.

Poor Nate is working the counter delivering orders and catching hell because the food is wrong. Apparently when placing your order at the Kiosk the options are not clear or maybe its because the customers were not properly trained or paid to do this job. Either way if it goes in wrong its bound to come out wrong. Becomes a waste of food and time. They wasted more in food than the hourly wage of an employee to take the orders. Keep your head up Nate you are a ALL STAR!

Food and service were good.

Scottsburg Wendy's is just a fairly decent fast food joint. It's a clean positive environment, I've never been on the receiving end of any rude service. The food is delicious.

Food was hot, fresh and tasty! Staff were all nice that I spoke with. Atmosphere is kinda N/A as I was in drive thru, but still 5 ⭐ for speedy service as well.

Love most of the food don't like the salad not enough toppings on it when you order a small salad and all you get is the lettuce a little bit of shaved white cheese and chicken on it where's the tomatoes and onions and cheese and things like that I don't expect to pay $8 for a salad and it looked that way

Once again one iof my favorite places to go and I know it's in n out at the drive in or inside. Had me a double meal n gone in a flash and I was the 6th vehicle in line! Kudos to Wendy's & their employees on N. Willow in Cookeville Tn. for a job well done.

Excellent service! Line was out to the road and I thought we’d wait forever but because I live the pretzel burger we waited. To my surprise we were next to order in just a few minutes. The steady flow seemed natural and you could tell it was an efficient operation. Food was perfect as USUAL and we will be coming back even though it’s a 40 min drive we prefer Scottsburg location over most. 😀

Good food with friendly service. Conveniently located near the highway as we travel through the area. The lobby was closed during our visit and the drive-thru line was pretty long. The line moved much faster than we were expecting and we received our order quicker than we thought. All of the items appeared to be freshly made and to everyone's liking.

Every time I'm in scottsburg going to Hardy lake I stop here it's one of the best Wendy's around
