Holy cow, ordered online, when I get there they tell me they're out of breasts and ask which pieces I'd like to substitute.

I said it didn't matter, just throw a few extra pieces since it's breasts pieces would be missing, 8 piece became a 12 piece!

Oooohh, they also told me they were out biscuits but had just put some in the oven. Quite a few minutes, after I was asked to pull up an employee comes out to apologize that they hadn't put any biscuits in earlier and it'd be another 15 minutes.

I ended up with 4 cakes, delicious btw, 2 things of fries, an extra mac and cheese and coleslaw. All family size.

Glad to see some places still have great customer service. Just remember we're all human, we all mistakes.

Delicious, but they rarely have Extra Crispy legs.
But aside from that, the food was good and the place was pretty clean..

The food was awesome. Service was decently fast. Prices are still a bit too pricey, so we can only really afford to eat there a couple times a year.

Typical fast food. Fill up box was good. Took care of the kids

Very prompt service and those working the night I came in were all very friendly. Impressed most by the cleanliness of the store and could tell the workers were doing a great job!

The food was good and it was hot they have Pepsi products that I like

Yes I went there to get a Chicken Sandwich Box. My two sides were Fries and Cole Slaw I didn't want the drink offered with the Box and she was kind enough to offer me a Biscuit or a Cookie. I took the cookie. When I got home with my meal it had everything I had ordered. Even had a spoon for the Slaw. I was happy with my purchase. I will return there and probably get another type of meal. Thanks 🙏

Seriously one of the best fast food experiences we have ever had. Very very very thankful to the amazing staff and manager for being so kind, sweet, and helpful. We called ahead and placed a large order and the manager was so awesome and went above and beyond for us. Great customer service. Will definitely make it a point to eat here again when back in town.

The manager there is such a wonderful person. She remembers faces & is always upbeat, nice & pleasant to talk to.

One of my favorite places to eat right now. The spicy / homestyle chicken sandwiches are soo good. If you haven't tried one you need too. Missing out. Thanks

Some staff are working under the influence of drugs and the food isn't always up too par. The rest of the staff that arnt under the influence are extremely nice and friendly. I think this place could be awesome, but a few employees are bringing it down. For fresh food, go as soon as they open. UPDATE! WENT UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! EVERYTHING IS GREAT AGAIN! 5 STARS

Everything was hot & fresh, the cole slaw was very fresh also. So many times while traveling we stop to grab something to eat & regret even stopping but our dinner was delicious here. Thank you!

Very clean even the rest rooms food was hot my wife and I had the buffet bar if you like chicken legs just ask. They will be happy to put more out. THANKS Bobby Joe.

Stopped off here for lunch. One of the nicest KFCs we have been to for years.. Fresh hot chicken, a clean restaurant and very friendly staff. Thank you for making our stop a pleasurable one.

I love going here for lunch. My lunch break is at 10:30 and this place opens at 10:00 everything is very tasty and fresh. Damn I love me some fried chicken. The employees are really friendly and sometimes if they are not to busy they will even bring you your food. I dont know about you but not to many things make me happier than seeing a cook bring out a hot plate of delicious food just steaming and begging to be eaten. Oh my God this chicken is so good. The sides are absolutely delicious. Nothing says a good time better than fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Or mac and cheese. Some kfc's even have buffets which will utterly surprise you with the quality and quantity. KFC is America.

Freshly made hot wings, 10min wait usually but worth it.
UPDATE: I can call in and ask for them to make the hot wings before I even get there!!!! AMAZING SERVICE, awesome manager.

The manager helped me out a lot for pricing stuff for my wedding. food to KFC. I wish it was just a little bit cheaper, so I didn't have to go to two different places. To buy food for my wedding
