Hotel Blackhawk, Autograph Collection

I was here to attend an anniversary celebration. I can not provide a rating regarding the rooms. The area for this event was very adequate. The staff was working with the food continuously to keep the tables attractive. The area was also very clean and had a staffed bar.

I stayed here while traveling with my dog and absolutely loved it--what a find! The hotel was decorated for Christmas and it was magnificent. Easy to park in the lot (paid) next to the hotel and very dog friendly (treats from the valet!). I loved walking out the front door and having the river walk so close by. The bar was lovely and offered upscale food (BlackHawk salad was perfect!). Numerous restaurants within a block. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. This place has a great buzz...nice to stay in a place that locals love too!

Kelly was so accommodating and personable. Coming from out of town for the food show, he made us feel like locals and told us about the great places in Davenport! Give this man a raise or promote him! Thanks for the great stay, as usual.

Single handedly, the most perfect hotel you can hope to find in St. Louis. The best part is how affordable it is. The service is impeccable. The cleanliness feels like it just opened.

Everything went well definitely loved the king suit . Every employee was very friendly. Also had a service dog 🐕‍🦺. They treated us very well
We are local and definitely enjoyed staying here . Im Definitely going to make another mini vacation here again . 😌 thanks the front desk supervisor for the great experience.

The room we booked was for a jacuzzi/spa tub and the tub wasn't working. They upgraded us to a suite for the trouble. We had an excellent room, and an excellent stay cation here.

Fantastic room with all the amenities you’d want. TV screen in the bathroom mirror was an interesting touch.

Kimberlin and Hotel BlackHawk turned our wedding vision into reality on 11-11-2023! Friday we had 80+ guests at the Martini Lounge in the basement. Saturday morning the Hotel Spa worked their magic on 12 of us for our hair and makeup. We are so grateful for Kimberlin's dedication and creativity, and for the staff that were able to host 210 guests for our wedding in the Gold Room and Davenport Room! We received multiple compliments on the hotel rooms, staff, Gold Room, and experience in general for the Hotel BlackHawk. Thanks again for your hard work, Kimberlin! We hope to visit the hotel again for our one-year anniversary.

Stayed here for a girls' weekend, and it is definitely a do-over. This historical hotel has been beautifully restored. Rooms are a good size and nicely appointed. Service is friendly and helpful. It also starts before you check in, with questions about extra towels and feathers vs. no feathers in bedding when you book online. We will be back!

We were checked in by a lovely woman named Paris. She offered us delicious beverages and she was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was great and so were the people. Thank you!

Gorgeous and elegant hotel with excellent river view. The room was very comfy as well. We loved being able to lie in bed and see the city and river view. It was also so convenient since we were attending a show at The Adler next door. We'll definitely be back!
(Our one "complaint" is that they charge $12 parking in addition to the room charge which is just not reasonable given what we paid and for downtown Davenport)

Great time, staff is exceptional! We had a conference next door and had a room. They had to move us due to a leak and were super helpful & friendly!!

5 STARS! First time staying here but will not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Davenport! Great restaurant, bar, bowling alley, spa, and coffee shop all under one roof. Classy but not "stuffy". Truly loved Hotel Blackhawk! Our room had 2 queen beds and an attached living area with a very comfortable pull-out couch!!

This is the best hotel in Davenport but even if it was in New York City I would still love it. Service is just okay, but the building and surrounding restaurants are classics. Red jacket coffee nearby is also a win.

This hotel is divine! Everyone was very nice and the place was quiet and calm on a Saturday! The hotel is beautiful and our room was fantastic! We ate dinner at the restaurant off the lobby and it was not expensive and the food was good. I think this may have been the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. Our family enjoyed the amazing pool and pool room and we basically had it to ourselves.

Love this hotel! The history, location, and the decor. Fantastic! Clean and staff are friendly. Bistro food was yummy and affordable.

My only complaint was no instructions for working the screen in the mirror and the TV in the bedroom wouldn't work. TV in the sitting room did though.

Would love an option for a self-guided tour. The book in the room of the historical account was a great bonus. But I'd love to learn more.

Great place hope to stay there again in the future.

My family and I checked in late, after 10:30 and the front desk quickly checked her in and we got up to the room with no issues. Parking was available in a well-lit lot close to the door.

The hallways were a bit dreary but had the nice feel of an older apartment building. The room was well-kept and clean. The TV in the bathroom mirror didn’t work but the main television worked fine. AC was good and sheets were clean. Whenever I called down to the front desk it was answered promptly and the inquiry was addressed in a reasonable amount of time. We enjoyed the stay and would stay here again!

Stayed there for two nights and had a wonderful time. The room was very clean and up to date. The Jacuzzi worked very well and the shower was quite roomy. The staff was always polite and attentive. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Davenport.

Our experience was excellent: great service, beautiful hotel, fun neighborhood. The staff went above-and-beyond with a problem I had. I accidently left a curling brush in the room when we checked out. I didn't realize that I had done that until much later that day. I called the hotel. They found the item and mailed it to me. I asked if I could pay for postage, but they insisted on paying for it themselves. I so truly appreciated this extra effort. Thank you!

Stephen took care of my at the front desk and was very helpful! A young lady, in training (sorry I don't remember the name) but seemed like a seasoned veteran, helped me upon arriving late evening and was also amazing!
