Will definitely be back! Best lobster roll of my fiance's life! Get with butter instead of mayo. ;) The mussels were outstanding! I would love to bring home a bunch of that sauce to dip things in, so good! And the clams were very good, not greasy at all. Double fried delicious french fries. Nice view too! Closing for the season soon and so glad we got to go!

After spending the day at the beach and planning to have a lobster roll for the first time, we decided to find a close place and decided on Ogunquit Beach Lobster House. We made the best decision because it was the most delicious lobster roll I could have imagined. I can't compare it to anything else since this was our first time trying. The crab cake was excellent but slightly different from here in Virginia Beach. The house beer selection is great, and I did try a few. We sat on the outside patio to watch the sunset, so definitely. This is a five-star from us, and we would absolutely visit again.

Awesome views, great service, great seafood. Had the lobster bisque, lobster sliders and lobster 🦞 roll. All amazing. Not cheap, but hey, you get what you pay for. Parking across the street at public lot for $7 an hour.

We enjoyed a fabulous lunch right on the water! The lobster BLTs were out of this world. It is a short walk from the center of town, and well worth the walk.

Edit: We came here again, and this experience improved the stars. We sat downstairs inside looking out. My husband ordered the Lobstah grilled cheese and lobster bisque. I ordered the Lobstah casserole with mashed potatoes & glazed butternut squash. When my husband's meal came out, mine was incorrect. Here's the thing, The waitress brought out another lobster bisque for the mistake and it was delicious, divine, and out of this world. Not just chunks, but lobstah claws pieces. My casserole came out shortly after and oh lord, do have it. It was incredible. The waitress felt bad, but I was okay. She brought out a slice of blueberry pie to go, and free of charge. - Basically, come here. Have the experience. It's a beautiful restaurant & delicious food. 😋

The first place we ate at the night we got to Ogunquit, ME. We were on the wait list online and waited an additional 15 minutes. We had the Bacon Scallops, they were tasty. For the price though, 6 scallops seem a bit small. Ordered a side salad and it was mostly cheese and not much dressing. My husband's colossal lobstah roll and fries came out cold. That was disappointing. Once it came back, he enjoyed it. The lack of food stars is for having a COLD lobster roll which is supposed to be HOT. I had the lobstah, tomato grilled cheese with fries. Service was okay. The atmosphere of the ocean being near, was perfect.

Charmingly elegant eatery on the beach. The lunch menu was available, and we had the lobster roll, crab cakes, and Caesar salad. Best lobster roll I’ve ever tasted. Buttery roll and uber fresh lobster that was soooo tender. Crab cakes were perfect! Often I find there is too much “cake” and too little “crab.” Not here - they were rich and full of fresh crab. Wonderful service, beer served in a frosted glass. We sat inside; there is also outdoor seating. Our table was next to the large wall of windows looking out on the non-beach side (lovelier view IMHO). It was the highlight of our day! Eva at the hostess stand was sweet and helpful. A must do!

Nice place for seafood! Right on the river. Colossal lobster roll, with fries & cole slaw. Delicious Lobster Bisque as a starter! Competitively priced for the area.

Absolutely LOVELY!!!
The view is all around the entire restaurant. It's absolutely beautiful outside and is just so peaceful to look at while enjoying dinner. The atmosphere is very basic which prevents any distractions from the view. An incredibly smart move by the owner or designer.
The bartender was an absolute love! Very personable!
I got the lobster ravioli and it was just divine. Plenty of flavor and very filling. For stumbling in here as a last minute decision I have to say I am incredibly satisfied and plan on coming back!

So we missed the Lobster house the first day cause they were closed, so make sure they are open the day you go. This Lobster experience was first class. Make sure you get on the virtual waiting list online before you go. The dining room is MUCH bigger than it appears. The food was just off the chart amazing and the service was stellar! It was a bit of a wait but the view was the best!! Incredible ambiance, so if your looking for a date, yep, this is the place. Not too posh, just regular people even though it looks a bit fancy. We were tourists coming in from a day in the rain. Would give them a ten if I could. Delicious food! Salmon was great, Crab cakes were incredible!

great and fresh food and service with a charming beachside atmosphere! our waitress was fun to be around alongside being speedy and reliant, and the prices were reasonable for such a popular location too.

My meal was delicious 😋 Perfect view of the water had a yummy whole soft lobster with steamed clams and Lobster soup it was all really good. The service was a bit slow and there was alittle confusion on who my waitress was but all and all a good experience food was great would definitely go back again. I ate there in October no line no wait was told in season you could wait up to two hours if that’s the case it’s not worth it.

This place was highly recommended by a couple we met at another restaurant..so we tried it last night and it did not disappoint. All the tables are next to a window and the view is spectacular. I would recommend going before it gets dark to take advantage of it.
We ordered the the Maine Dinnerand the Glazed Salmon, both were amazing!
The blueberry pie was perfect and warm. A great finish to our meal. I will definitely be back!

Our dinner at the lobster house was so good. Including a stunning view of the ocean from our table and a delicious variety of seafood dishes. The staff there were really friendly and we had great conversations about life back in Australia. I was really pleased with how kid friendly they were and made it really easy to order a virgin cocktail for my daughter. My husband, daughter and I were all very pleased with the whole dinner experience. Would definitely recommend.

The bar section is a bit loud. I know everyone says to "have a lobster in maine" but when you come here you NEED to get the fish tacos. The flavor is incredible and matched with fresh toppings. 10/10

I was born in Los Angeles, and one item on my bucket list was to have Lobster in Main, and I did it for my 41st Birthday. The wait staff were the best, and a young man from Florida made our meal the best, and he helped my crack my lobster (I have an injured left hand). The Blueberry pie with ice-cream was the capstone on a wonderful meal. Thank you!

Good place to pop in for a beer and chowder though the outside dining area looks like a storm had come through recently.

We stopped here for lunch on our way up the Maine coastline, and we were not at all disappointed with our choice for lunch. The server we had was very attentive, and made excellent recommendations. The bacon wrapped scallops are a must! The scallops were cooked to perfection, and the bacon and sauce were incredibly well balanced. I ordered the lobster roll, which was served warm, and this was also amazing! Word to the wise, get the Colossal; it is well worth the price. Can't recommend this place enough.

One of my favorite places on earth. Clean, pristine & ever changing based on the tides. At high tide it's crystal waters make for a great surf beach, at low tide, the family friendly cove becomes endless stretches of sand & playtime. Walk the Marginal way which runs through Ogonquit.

PRO Tip: Bring a large raft or inner tube, as low tide starts, the cove makes its own lazy river that feeds into the surf.

There are clean bathrooms (outside rinse showers) & a couple places to eat/grab snacks, plus 2 stores for sundries & souvenirs on directly off the beach. Everything else is in walking distance or trolley line, including the beach itself. Town has great shopping, coffee shops, restaurants & cafes.

I prefer to go midweek or pre/post season as it can get super busy during high season. The main parking lot fills up FAST, so best bet is to take the trolley to the beach. There are a few other lots in town, but they fill fast as well.
