We have been a client of Quality Tax for a number of years at the recommendation of a family friend. Originally signing on when my wife ran various in-home businesses ranging from Tupperware to My31Bags. Our family taxes are not super complicated, but dealing with frustrating 3rd party software applications and ruined weekends has been a thing of the past.

Kevin is amazing. Two years in a row now he’s found faults with the big companies like Turbo Tax and gotten me a bigger refund than I ever expected. He worked with me and my financial situation and really went above and beyond. My old CPA retired so after a google search I found Quality Tax Services. Kevin had my taxes done and electronically filed in 30 minutes, but had my last name misspelled on all of my 2020 return forms. Because of this my refund was reduced by over $500.00 and I no longer can access my online IRS account. I tried to rectify the situation myself but there is not a way to fix this mistake online and of course the IRS phone system was and still is overloaded so I can’t talk to anyone. I called Kevin but he never returned any of my calls. I have been told by TurboTax that if I try to do this years returns with my correct last name it will most likely red flag me. I went to Quality Tax Services because it was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.
