Rite Aid

I have been going Rite Aid for almost 20 years, this particular location for 8 years. Pharmacy is always very busy, so sometimes issues happen but they are always helpful in solving any issues immediately. They are always professional and accommodating. And just recently I learned they deliver which is great. 2 👍👍Highly recommend.
** Got a personal thanks from the pharmacy for my review, and the reason why I mention it is because they knew exactly who I was which goes to say something about small towns and local businesses are still alive even though they might have a franchise name. This pharmacy is extremely busy and they're going through a lot of changes but everybody give them a chance they're doing the best that they can. You guys are doing great up there keep up the good work.

We were scheduled for a MEN B. vaccination at the Fenton location first. That location was out of stock (even though they gave us the appointment). Not a huge deal (as this location is only a few minutes down the road - and they helped us the same day). The staff are polite, the location is clean (and they were very professional). They offered to add any other immunizations needed (such as the flu shot) at the time of the visit. Thoughtful, courteous and filled out the shot record for us too. Remember to treat service staff with kindness (you're likely not the first person to come in needing something), but you might the be the first nice person they encounter. Treating each other with respect goes a long way to improving quality of life for everyone and makes your day smoother too. Keep in mind, lost of staffing shortages and sickness going around. Product shortages and insurance pitfalls trip things up at times. Keep your cool, and don't take it out on the person actually seeing you face-to-face (willing to work with you).

Kudos to Rite Aid in Linden during the power outage. I was out of power at my place, but wasn't sure if Rite Aid was, so I drove into town to find out. I pulled into the parking lot and could tell that they had no power. Alpine was up and running with a generator, so there were a lot of cars in the parking lot.

As I pulled in, I saw two women sitting on the sidewalk near the Rite Aid entrance, but I wasn't quite sure who they were. I parked, got out of my car, and walked toward the women. They immediately jumped up and asked if I was picking up a prescription that had been filled prior to the outage. I was in luck, because that was the case! They proceeded to open the door for me and use their camera flashlights to bring me back to someone in the pharmacy that was able to give me my prescription.

They said that they would be there until about 8:00 p.m. that night, but after that, it would just be too dark to really find things effectively.

I was in awe of this team that went above and beyond to make sure that people could get their prescriptions even though they had no power. Mad respect for all of you and a huge THANK YOU!!

Sarah Boggs is the nicest, smartest, most personable pharmacist I’ve ever met. She’s wonderful.

This Rite Aid in Linden gives that small-town, personal attention every time I walk in.

Very nice and helpful

The front check out associate was great; the pharmacy associates, while 'following the rules' could use training in helpfulness and compassion. They said "We don't do that" when asked if they could call the doctor's office; they used to do that - when customer service was important.
