They have never failed me, throughout all the ups and downs life has dragged me through, they have smoothed my path.

This is by far the best insurance company!! The customer service alone will make you happy! Any time I have a need, a question, need to add or drop or change coverage, these people are on it! Accident that's not your fault, they are on it! Very polite, honest and even called me when more coverage was available for a cheaper rate!! WOW!!
Roadside assistance can suck, but remember, they are only finding you a tow truck, having them come to you and paying for the tow, not in charge of how fast they respond or how well of a job they do towing your vehicle so have a little compassion for the insurance office and leave a review to the towing company instead!

I just got a new policy with this company and could not be happier! I have been dealing with Terri and she has answered all my questions, did her absolute best to get me a great rate that works out best for me.I am saving more money compared to my old policy and the customer service has been outstanding. Thank you for everything Terri! You are awesome!

I have been with Brian Huffman Insurance for years. I've always received honest answers to my questions, help with any claim I had to file, best rates compared to other insurance companies. The thing I like the best is "what you see is what you get" and that is he best customer service and the fastest answers and payment on claims.

Terri and Erin are so nice and helpful and honest people. They both have been helping my family for the longest time and now with me and my husband , We have car, home and life insurance with them!
