***10*** I was completely blown away by the level of service that I received at Belle Tire (Kalamazoo/W. Main) I went to Belle Tire on 2-5-23 for a flat repair. Things ended up going differently.
Matt was so thorough and professional helping me understand the problems that I had with my car and what I could do to correct them. His team was able to diagnose and correct the problems that very same day!! Matt was very comfortable to talk with and I appreciated that. I would higly recommend Matt and his team!

So beyond thrilled with my service and treatment from the people here at this location. Dave the manger is amazing and truly blew my expectations out of the water with his honesty and integrity. Went in for a free service of a tire re-seal, found some other issues and made everything right in a timely manor, even fitting me back in next day to repair the issue found after the initial service. I can’t say enough good things about my experience and how much it meant to me. I also have friends who have had nothing but great experiences at this location as well. Will continue to drive from the opposite end of portage for any tire service because of the great work and honesty they have here.

I had brought one of my company's work vans in for service. I was not scheduled, and they still worked on my vehicle. Thank you ,Belle Tire, for the awesome quality repair and customer service.

Bell Tire was extremely helpful and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous to. They did an inspection ordered the parts and the work was done quickly. I would recommend Bell Tire to anyone.

I had an issue with my tires and Damon helped me out, he was descript and transparent with my options and I appreciate his professionalism. He is a great representative for Belle Tire.

Had to have my car repaired on the road. And got a bad battery. These guys stood behind their work and made it right. Was kept informed of the progress of work on my car, and out quickly.

I scheduled an alignment and instead of having me pay the 100 bucks for it they asked what my problem was and said that it sounded more like a tire balance issue. Which was free! Very appreciative that they didn't just go ahead and do the alignment to charge me the money.

Very good service, reasonable price, courteous staff. Nice waiting room with large TVs and free wifi.

They were very helpful, and since I purchased the tires from Belle Tire, I saved over a hundred dollars over what the dealer was going to charge me for 3 valve stem replacements.

Belle Tire runs like a well oiled machine. If I had the money, I'd buy one.

We had 2 flat tires in the last couple of months (different tires). We brought it in to Belle Tire both times and they took care of it for us quickly. Great service and people.

Courteous people at the counter. We dropped my car off late in the day knowing it might not be ready until morning. I received a call from a customer service person letting me know what they found was wrong, the cost to repair and saying we could pick the car up when they opened in the morning. Excellent, fast service at a reasonable price. We have been very satisfied with this Belle Tire location for many years.

Always a great experience! The staff is very friendly and informative. They never have my car more than a day and warranty their work. I got updated before any work was done and a quote for pricing. They actually saved me money as they were able to reuse a part. BTW, they do a lot more than just tires so it's been a one stop shop for me.

Fast friendly service. They removed a 3" framing nail from my tire, patched the hole, and no charge. I'll keep going back.

Best dang tire place in all of south west Michigan

We took our second car here for a whole set of much needed tires. They were fast, professional and helpful on a very busy Saturday. They gave us just enough time to get our Costco trip in before the Jeep was all done and back on the road! Under $400 and not one penny over the estimate. Thanks Belle Tire! Made a perfect Valentine’s gift for the sweetie.

I made an appointment last night at 11pm for 9am this morning. I was in the door at 9 and out at 930!!! I received an alignment service. Exceptional job Belle Tire! Thank you!!

This was truly my lucky day! Last time I was here, they were so busy I was sent over to Plainwell for same day service on my truck. I was able to get my car in right away, get all new tires put on and an oil change in under an hour. The technician was very friendly and when asked to have my car checked out to see if I needed a tune up, I was told everything was in good working order. So, I am very happy for the honesty and was not charged for service item(s) I did not need. My car drives great now that the snow has hit. I couldn't be happier! 😊

Belle Tire is awesome! They check your tires for free and that is what I needed as all tires were losing a bit of air. They sealed all tires and I have had no problems since. I would recommend them to anyone and that is where I will go when I need new tires!
