Beautiful shop, wish I could have bought more, very friendly staff

One of the most charming stores I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting! Extremely high quality gifts made by local artists. I bought all of my holiday presents here while stopping through Ogunquit in 2020 and can’t wait to go back! Had to check here and make sure I wrote down the address 😊 thank you for this delightful place of treasures, Marcia!

This is my “must go” store whenever we visit Ogunquit. So many nice and cute stuff there. I always find things that I love to buy in the store.

If you are ever in a Ogunquit Maine, make sure you check out the cutest gift shop there. It’s called the Seashell Cottage. The owner, Marcia, is the nicest person, so easy to talk to and very helpful. She carries the cutest beach and Nautical items around. Such a cute place I hope you can make it into visit.

Always find "treasures" on my annual visit to Sea Shell Cottage. Love this store!!!

Humm…. After reading a previous review I felt compelled to also share that the rude owner/employee yelled at my son last week for touching her cabinet… i was already correcting my child and keeping him in line…. That cost herself a sale…. I don’t give that rude (lady) the time of day we just walked out of the store and made our purchases elsewhere!

The horrifying owner screamed at my 5 year old child for knocking on the window as we were waiting on the side walk for someone in the store next door. She yelled at him so harshly she made him cry. I yelled back at her not to yell at my kid and asked how she liked being screamed at. We left thinking the horrible altercation was over but then 3 blocks away my child started crying again saying she’s following us and taking pictures. I turned around horrified to see she was indeed following us and taking pictures. 911 had to be called a report made. She does not belong in business and she should be kept away from children.

We always make the effort to stop in here when we’re in town but this time the clerk decided to ask my girlfriend when she was due…0 stars would be more accurate…learn what customer service means

The owner followed around my 10 year and myself making sure he wasn't touching any soft plush gnomes which I would have purchased for him but she doesn't allow handling of items. I've purchased items that are in this store for 80% less at Christmas Tree Shops and the Paper Storwa. Don't waste your time or money. Owner has a bad attitude
