The experience was gratifying. Everybody was kind and courteous and the appointment update took minimal amount of time.

I took my vehicle for an engine inspection on 9/11. Prior to that was an oil change. Heather mentioned that I had a oil leak and to get a dye ran on 7/21 which I declined . The sticker she put in my truck says 7/21 with my “in miles” instead of the expired date and mileage. I don’t show anything on my paperwork stating oil leak. But yesterday when I got my vehicle from inspection, I noticed a “mechanic” smell so I had a mechanic friend come check my truck out. The oil cap was OFF, my dipstick was bone dry and I have no clue how long I was driving like that. The oil indicator didn’t warn of low oil so I’m not sure to trust that or the dealership for that matter. I’m highly disappointed I just got my entire engine detailed several months ago and now I’m cleaning it myself to get rid of the oil smell. This is such a horrible experience to be put through!!
