Great service. I asked the lady what her favorite was, and she said The Dreamy. Great choice, I will get that again. The Spinach pretzel braid was delicious. They have a great drink menu and plenty of seating. If you are in the area stop in.

Needed a place to get some laptop things done on a Friday afternoon. Wasn’t busy and I loved all the natural light. Tables were a little small for a work space, but I managed. They do have a shared high-top table that looked like it had so more space for working tho.

The two girls working recommended Winter Blossom and it was amazing. You get a cup with a teapot (see pic)…lovedddd that experience. I think I got like 3 cups out of maybe and it was only like $5 or something!!!! What a steal.

I would give them 6 stars if I could… I’m very fond of cinnamon rolls, and theirs is delicious! And the French Vietnamese Au Lait is excellent. The staff are wonderful, and there’s plenty of seating. I walked so not certain about the parking, but it looks like it is easily found. Lots of options for pastries. Definitely a coffee shop worth exploring. I’m not a tea drinker but they have a large variety of tea available. Long walk but I’ll be back.

It is close to my work, so I come here very often. I can say every other day. Some times I sit there to study or work on something. Most I order coffee from the app and pick it up. Their americano, espresso, cappuccino, and latte are great. I don’t eat the pastries because I am on low carb diet. The service is always good except when it is busy where the online ordering is delayed.

I normally get a mocha every time I go to a coffee place. I wanna try the menu. It was my first time being here, but their menu is unique than a standard coffee shop. I also has one of their vegan balls. It was on the sweeter side for me, but the texture was on point. The ball wasn't crumbly either. It held together even after I bit into it.

The batista was so nice and helpful. She helped me figure out a treat for myself being that I'm dairy-free (sometimes 😆)

Bathrooms | The bathroom was clean. They have 2 single bathrooms. The one I was in did have a changing table.

Hard working staff. Spinach pretzel roll was amazing! Coffee was excellent.

Employees are very nice and the drinks and food are always delicious. Even if they are in the midst of a rush, the customer service is never lacking. Very good environment for studying or just to hangout.

sweetwaters is seriously a cup above any other coffee chain. their cold brew coffee is always smooth and never bitter or watered down, the house whipped cream is excellent, and their tea is better than any other coffee shop in the area.

Lovely coffee shop that was great for working on my laptop. There was lots of seating and outlets and the wifi was solid. I worked for half a day here and had a very tasty latte.

Always great atmosphere and friendly staff. They have some really good food and dessert options, and the bathroom is always clean. Lots of seating in a bright and open environment.

By far my favorite coffee shop in GR. Everything I've ordered has tasted amazing, the ambience is fresh and friendly, and it's not overpriced. It's also located in a bit quieter area of downtown, yet still close enough to spend some time at other shops or venues there.

Stopped by here instead of going to a Starbucks. So so glad we did. The latte I had was superb and far better then most coffee shops I've been to and the brownies fantastic. The bathrooms were very clean and the baristas extremely friendly and sweet. We will be back anytime we are in the area!

Fantastic new coffee and tea shop in Monroe North! Love their cinnamon tea, friendly staff, and delicious baked goods. Fun space for a quick meeting or just some quiet down time.

This is a good coffee spot on the north side of the inner city. The coffee was good, the vibe was friendly and they had tiramisu, which I love!

Super chill place with great coffee! The dragon eye was strong and kept me kicking through the afternoon. Awesome little spot.

Absolutely fantastic coffee, and the Honduran brownie is incredible. But the parking? Abysmal. I had to park on the street, and when I went to pay, the meter just said network error and wouldn't let me pay. Now I'm stuck paying a parking ticket for the city's mistake, for Grand Rapids' broken system.

this place has some of the best iced lattes ever!! the PERFECT little place to get away from home and have some coffee and snacks. their food and snacks are amazing as well. and also their employees are always extremely friendly and welcoming. love to see it!! highly recommend it, even over starbucks honestly

Great little coffee/smoothie/boba shop. I stopped with my kids once and we all enjoyed our drinks, then I also went to a comedy show there the other weekend and the staff was great.

Great place to stop and warm up on a chilly morning. Had the matcha latte with oat milk and it was so good! Worked half a day from my laptop. Plenty of indoor seating so you can space out and plugs at most seats. It was a little noisy for video calling but people could hear me fine. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in town!

I came in around 3pm on Monday, September 26th. The two baristas that were working at the time were amazingly friendly, outgoing, and provided perfect customer service. They answered all my questions about the Abianno espresso. The drink was amazing! And the tiramisu was equally one of the best I have had. Thank you very much for your amazing product and the amazing service and kindness provided by your baristas!
