The Admiral's Inn

We had a very pleasant time during our visit. The grounds were very well-kept and the staff was friendly. They also have a great bar service on the grounds. We stayed at the carriage house room and although it lacked a kitchenette, we were still satisfied overall especially with our budget. Most everything from downtown to the beach is also within reasonable walking distance.

We spent a weekend here in November and had such a wonderful time. From the time we got in we felt welcomed by the staff and comfortable in the atmosphere of the inn. The room had a King bed and a small balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub setup. The inside of the inn was clean and cozy! We also got great recommendations for dinner and didn't have to blow the bank. Thank you for a great stay, we'll be sure to be back!

The accomodations were very good, the staff was excellent & friendly, an excellent continental breakfast & we were close to everything & walked a lot to some of the places we visited.

Just got home from a lovely 3 night stay at the Admiral’s Inn, and I can’t wait to come back. Reviews are sometimes a little difficult to trust, so I didn’t know what to expect, but the Admiral’s Inn exceeded my expectations! Room 201- a king suite with balcony and fireplace was so cozy, spacious, and clean. The beds were a little on the firmer side which I find comfortable- with crisp, clean sheets, and very comfortable, full pillows. The fireplace was such a beautiful & relaxing touch, providing some warmth on chilly may evenings. There was a decent size refrigerator and microwave. I loved that coffee and tea were available in the lobby until late evening hours. The pool and hot tub were clean, and I love that there was an adults only pool area outside of our building, with a family pool area outside one of their other buildings. If that’s something that’s important to you make sure and ask which building you will be in- this one seemed more on the relaxing and quiet side. We didn’t get a chance to try their breakfast, but will make sure to next time. Great location as well, only a few minute walk from main street, I highly recommend trying so zap which is a Thai restaurant very close by. If you’re on the fence about booking a room here and you’re looking for a cozy and clean stay, give it a try!

Admiral's Inn has something for everyone. You can book a romantic getaway, vacation with the family all at the same place. Two pools, one for family and one for adults. They offer a very decent Continental breakfast and many other amenities.The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly rooms are also available. Another bonus is the location, walking distance to Perkins Cove and Ogunquit Beach but far enough away from the bustle of downtown.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the ac worked well. Its location is definitely a big plus..it is walking distance to the beach, Marginal Way, downtown Ogunquit and to the Ogunquit playhouse (if you want to catch a show).

The morning continental breakfast is a nice spread of food to get you started. The staff member who sets of the breakfast is very attentive...she is constantly checking to make sure everything is refilled. She did a great job!

It has two pools, two hot tubs, an efficient workout room, a nice bar area and a firepit.

The rooms really could use a luggage rack or two...and maybe a chest for storage and sitting.

I’m giving it five starts because I’m not to sure they can help it. But everything was great, good distance from everything good staff. I was staying on the downstairs level and the floors are so thin you can hear almost every movement. I got woken up one morning at 7:30 to what sounded like a heard of buffalos above us for atleast a hour . I just wanted to add that in there to try and request a upstairs room so that doesn’t happen.

I had a recent two night stay.
The room was spacious and very clean and the bed had a very comfortable mattress.
The entire staff were very friendly and helpful.
Parking availability was adequate.
The location is perfect as it is walking distance to downtown.
It was an overall five star experience.

Boy have these folks stepped up their game! The last few years she was looking quite beat but WOW what a face lift! Freshly redone rooms as well as the pool area received a much needed make over, added amenities. Well done

The front desk staff were great! Our room was clean and cozy. We loved the jacuzzi tub and fireplace in the bedroom. Our room was located at the end and was very private. Not far to go to find great food and really nice places. We will definitely be back!

Stayed at the Admiral Inn over the summer with my family. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was really friendly. We’ve been to Ogunquit before and stayed elsewhere. I would stay at the Admiral every year from here on out. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach, and 10 minutes to town. But it was also nice to have the pool, hot tub, bar and fire pit ready to use at almost any time. If your not renting a house on the beach, I would definitely recommend staying at the Admiral.

Beautiful inn, wonderful upkeep. Rooms clean & comfortable and place quiet. Within walking distance to Ogunquit center. Beautiful lobby all decked out for the holidays!! Peanut butter cookies were yummy!

Short walk to downtown 10 minutes max. Traffic backs up past inn so might as well walk. Rooms for really nice. Pools and bar great

This was probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. Every interaction with the staff was a positive one. My room was right across from the pool. It was perfect. I ordered breakfast from the restaurant and they even delivered it to my room. This was definitely one of my most perfect 48 hour getaways for me. I'll definitely be coming back.

Ive stayed here multiple times and have always enjoyed my visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal because its only a short walk into town. The rooms are always cleaned and well maintained. However the room lighting could be a little brighter and the decor could be updated. Overall this is a nice place to stay.

The rooms are spartan but clean and nice; more hooks or towel racks would have been helpful. The pools were nice; hot tub super hot (a good thing) and the gym/sauna were great as well. Fire pit every night is an excellent place to spend some time and chat with fellow guests.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at The Admiral's Inn. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything needed to be comfortable. The fitness room is fantastic - a variety of cardio machines, weight machines, & free weights. The muffins at breakfast are delicious! Lastly, the staff at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful - especially in helping us find places for dinner in the off-season. We will return! (PS: make sure you sit on the brown leather couch in the lobby area - you won't want to get up!)

Was a perfect location. Walking distance to the center and Perkins Cove. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Property was well maintained and exceptionally clean. Not enough outdoor seating around the property but would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a more private stay.

We arrived early, they worked diligently to ensure we were able to check in earlier than usually allowed. While we waited they asked if there was anything they could do to make us comfortable! The rooms were very clean and well maintained, as were the grounds! We loved the pool and hot tub which were also very clean! Would absolutely stay again next time we are in Ogunquit!
