Recently made a purchase with D&R and a few items were missing when assembly was underway, when I contacted both Adam and Casey they were quick to respond to make the corrections! Outstanding customer service.

Love this place. Great selection of products. Service center is top notch. I’ve been taking my boat here for years and have the best Yamaha mechanics around.

Great customer service, prices, and knowledgeable staff. Nate was very friendly and took the time to show me all the options with ice fishing bibs and coats. Nate has helped me in the past and can't say enough about how well he has done his job and will continue to send people your way.

Hands down my favorite outdoor/sports store. The employees are excellent very knowledgeable helpful and friendly. The selection they carry from fishing hunting and shooting and everything in-between is just excellent.very nice store. Highly recommend to give them a look you won't be disappointed.

My buddy comes here a lot for fishing needs. I so happened to be in the area and I found out why he digs this place so much. Really nice staff and just cannot say enough about the selection of bass rods and lures, soft plastics, etc. Awesome local joint that I wish was located closer to me. I will definitely be back.

You won't find a better boat dealer and servicer nationwide. I drive 2 hours just to have a quality and professional service that they've always provided. Top notch Outdoor Shop too....better drop by if you're in the area.

10/10 recommend! What an amazing store! Everything you need for hunting and fishing. The layout is super simple, hunting on one side and fishing on the other. They are very reasonably priced (maybe cheaper than other places). The staff is super helpful and informative. I bought a scope I have been thinking about for a long time, and the staff helped me finalize my decision with both the pros and cons. Very honest and down to earth people.

D&R dropped a full lithium battery setup and a Garmin Force into our Basscat last year.

They patiently explained the installation, called at a couple of different points to confirm details regarding preference and even answered some concerns regarding the resulting setup with our Livescope.

So far, so good with everything. 3 batteries for the Force, 1 for our Garmin electronics and everything has worked perfectly. Installation of battery trays was clean/flawless, and the customer service was above-beyond expectations.

Everything from the sales department to service and anything in between was great, even through the myriad questions and concerns that I had.

On August 29th I purchased a Ulterra trolling motor from D&R sports center and within a couple days it was delivered 😀! I opened the box and pulled it out and was just like a child in a candy store! It was a week later before I could start to install it. I pulled out of the box and burned the box only to realize as I read the instructions that I had purchased the wrong one as I need the next Ulterra up the line!! So I called customer service where I was directed to an angel by the name of Amy! She did all she could on her end and advised me that it would need to be decided by the owner if they would be able to let me return it for exchange as I had destroyed the box. A day later I get a call from Randy Vandam himself who talked with me for 15mins and treated me as if I was a biological brother. I tell all that read this that he is so personable and worked with me to get what I wanted even though he may would have taken a loss by going on my word!! I'm just saying I'm in NC,and I have never had this type of experience when trying to purchase or return an item,and to talk to the owner who has a heart !! A God send!! Thanks to the D& R sports center for the professionalism and family feeling!

First time I was in there, very clean and organized. Went there to look over there gun show case very knowledgeable salesman and was patient with all my questions since I've never owned a hand gun.

Took my Bass Boat in for the installation of all new Electronics...Jeff was knowledgeable and understood exactly how I wanted Everything rigged..The Rigging dept did a great job and my boat was ready to be picked up in a matter of days...
It was my first time at D and R and it won't be my last...Well worth the drive..
