I started going to Crossoak a few years back, while Dr. Rowland was there and always appreciated the staff and Dr. Rowland for their professional and very courteous help with my dental issues.
Dr. McBride has now taken over for Dr. Rowland in retirement.

I met with and had a difficult problem with a procedure that I was having done and Dr. McBride and staff handled it exceptionally well. They were confident and courteous above and beyond routine.

I highly recommend Crossoak, for all your dental needs. Thanks to Dr. McBride and crew.

I have had some bad filling experiences in the past and they did everything to make sure I was comfortable! Very judgment free and super nice! Stopped often to make sure I wasn’t feeling any pain! They did a great job, their hard work is much appreciated!

Let's just say...I put their slogan, "We cater to cowards" to the test. I had bad experiences with dentists as a child, so have foolishly avoided them, meaning I have a lot of catch-up work to be done. I started seeing Dr. Rowland until he retired, and now seeing Dr. McBride. I still don't like going, but everyone at the office is great. I have had a boatload of fillings and a crown done there, making up for lost time in the past three years.

They make the experience as painless as possible and communicate what they're doing, which helps to ease my anxiety. Perhaps had I gone here years ago, I wouldn't be in the condition I am now.

This office is fabulous! When I truly needed them, they had no problem fitting me in. They took the time to patiently explain everything and offer options. After having a bad experience with a different dentist the day before; their kindness meant the world to me. Thank you to everyone at Crossoaks!

I've been going here for many, many years, haven't had a single bad experience! It just changed hands with DR.Rowlands retirement, can't say I wasn't a little worried at first but, after 2 recent visits, one being a crown, the new owner is extremely nice and knows exactly what she's doing, brought a whole new box of state of the art equipment with her and has quickly gained my trust! I look forward to my appointments and would recommend her to anyone who might be scared of the dentist. She will quickly change your mind. "Painless".

I’ve been a patient of Crossoak Family Dentistry for 20 years, and have always received great dental care. I especially appreciate my dental hygienist (Amy). The staff has always made me feel secure, and relaxed.

I would like to say I haven't been to a dentist in quite a long time. But this past Saturday I had an instance that I needed to see a dentist very soon. I broke a tooth off about 2 weeks ago and it became abscessed. I ended up at the emergency room at Bronson Hospital. They drained the abscess, gave me a shot and a pry scecription for an antibiotic. Then Monday I decide to call Dr. Stephan Rowland at this location. And I was surprised to discover that he had retired in May of this year. But I knew something had to be done so I made the appointment. I didn't know who the Dr. was that was now in his office, but I know I had to have something done. When I got there I was very surprised when I sat in the dentist chair that a little woman entered the the room and I was very skeptical. And I admit I was a little scared, But I am so happy that I went Dr. Sasha McBride was fantastic. She was very professional, but had to have time for a laugh or two with me. And before I knew it she had removed my tooth and I didn't even realize she was finished. I need to have all of my teeth removed and get dentures. And I can assure everyone that reads this review that I most definitely will be returning to Dr.Sasha McBride. I have been going here for a while now and Amy is the best hygienist I have had! She is super friendly and gentle and does an amazing job. It is very affordable and they take great care of you!

I took my 92-year-old Mom for a checkup after 2 years since her last appointment. Amy was very gentle with Mom and so concerned for her well-being. Dr. Rowland examined Mom and communicated to her that she did not have anything serious wrong. It only took one hour and it was a good experience.

I’ve taking My 7yrs old daughter here this year and Dr. Rowland is as painless as possible and given fast procedures. All the dental assistant's have been friendly and nice. I’ve made appointments for rest of my family as well.

Dr Rowland is excellent. He’s informative and kind. He makes sure that you’re comfortable while in his care. It took me a while to find an office that I was happy with. Since I started here 8+ years ago I’ve felt taken care of. My experience as a child was rough and I’m really thankful to have a doctor that really cares. It helps that they can crank the headphones with any type of music you ask for during procedures. I give them an A+

Absolutely the best! Dr. Rowland has been my dentist now for almost twenty years, and has always provided me with the most caring treatment. Gentle and patient he takes his time and never is in a rush to get me out he door. His staff likewise, have always been professional and courteous and wiling to take the time to answer my questions and explain procedures. If you are afraid to go to the dentist, this is the dentist to see.
