When we first looked for a condo in Ogunquit we went to Marathon Real Estate. We told Debbie exactly what we were looking for and the price range. She found three that were exactly what we wanted and after we saw the three we said we will take that one. It was at Ocean Towers and just perfect for us. Then after the condo we realized we wanted to live here full time. We went back to Debbie at Marathon Real Estate and she always listens to exactly what we wanted. We didn't even think it could be possible. We had horses and told her we needed to be close to the beach but at least 3 acres for the horses and didn't really want neighbors close by. We had a lot of things on our wish list but Debbie listens. We are in the perfect spot. When people ask us - how did you ever find a spot so perfect like this we tell them "go see Debbie Marathon, she listens! and can find your perfect location too". A great Realtor, we recommend her highly.

If you are looking for a first class rental in the Ogunquit area, Debbie is the person you should be working with. She manages a top-drawer portfolio of properties. And, she is a consummate professional – responsive, accommodating, and, she listens. Yes, you could search for properties on one of the popular online by-owner sites, but that can be a crapshoot. When you deal with someone directly and personally responsible to both renters and owners, you have assurance that what you see and read about is what you get. Plus, the service along the way is excellent.

Same exact experience as both other reviewers below....Y Duysburg and Didier Didban. Lacked integrity, abrupt, arrogant and misleading. We would never deal with her again.

If you are looking for a nasty and arrogant person, I'm pretty sure that this is the best place to go. When we were in Ogunquit, we asked for basic information. No answer was provided by the nasty landlady who thought she was very smart by being rude.
