Kent Radiology

Billing is abysmal. I gave them my insurance after receiving a bill because apparently they didn't have it on file. Got another bill a month later saying my account was past due and that they would send me to collections if I didn't pay because apparently they didn't add my insurance. Called their billing line again, and gave them my insurance again. I asked the representative, "Diana" if she worked for Kent radiology, but she is from a third party company overseas and was not allowed to give me their billing company's name.

Just remember if you go to Saint Mary's you will receive multiple bills from different providers including Kent Radiology. The hospital was fine, their radiology contract doctors were garbage.
