I was in contact with someone about getting more photos of a property and they said they would do it later that week. The next week I contacted them asking if the photos were taken and they said "im sorry I forgot, I can do it tomorrow." Here we are, 2 weeks later with still no response. If they blow you off the first time, move on to a different company. There are many to choose from.

If you are buying a home listed by Darrell Deward, do NOT waive inspection on the house. We fell victim to this and didn't ask enough questions. Darrell and his seller then denied us access to the house multiple times upon asking him in which we now know why with tons of issues with the home.

While Darrell didn't do anything legally "wrong", his process was certainly shady. Save yourself the headache and get an inspection...if you can't, consider passing on his home.
