What a beautiful park this is! If you are looking to take a stroll along the river banks, this could be your place. Great views of downtown and a great place to catch the July 4th fireworks show. Come check it out some time for yourself this spring/summer/fall and tell me how sweet the air smelled and how loud the birds sang! Enjoy!

Stopped by to see the exhibits for the World of Winter festival. Super cute gnomes were all over the lawn and the Starry Night installation was beautiful.

Ah-Nab-Awen Park is beautiful! It’s right on the Grand River in downtown Grand Rapids. It’s peaceful yet eventful. This is a perfect place to walk through on the river trail and a great place to snap a couple pictures if you want a scenic background. This area is constantly becoming more dynamic and useful.

It was super cold and windy downtown; but well worth the experiences! We saw the dance this evening, saw the Singing Tree at Canal Park, then the ice sculptures along the bridge, and then the colorful light statues!!! Had a blast, can't wait for more things to start off on Monday Feb 1st!!!

It’s a park that holds a lot of historical meaning to the Anishinaabe that is along the Grand River. I recently went there and walked along a trail that leads under a bridge and caught a Longnose Gar with my bare hands! Cool place

Great park for dogs. Great park for fishing because there’s also a river and a great park to get the full picture of Grand Rapids.

This is an awesome experience that anyone who hasn’t been to Grand Rapids must do. You will get to see the JW Marriott, the Amway, grand and the plaza and the Varnum all from the park.

Very nice park. Lots of people coming and going, and a guy was playing bagpipes on one of the hills. Very open but still a decent number of shady spots for when it's hot. Parking was hard to come by because they're parking lot was being used for Artprize, but otherwise I believe it would've been free. Didn't really see a playground, but had a huge hill for kids to roll down and a nice view of the river.

The park is pretty consistent as far as producing exhibits go. Also, this is like Gerald r Ford's museums backyard.

We went to this park for City fest 2018! Anywhere from 15 to 30 thousand people down there it was awesome! Mac Powell and the family reunion, Mandisa and TobyMac headlining! We blew the roof off Grand Rapids!

It's awesome walking through this park. Gerald R Ford museum, the fountain, artifacts of Gerald and Betty, the river and bridge are awsome to check out. The scenery of downtown Grand Rapids across the river is spectacular. Love it here through July 4th fireworks and Christmas time.
