Wonderful place to work at. Friendly workers, clean and organized, layed back, tons of benefits. They do a wonderful job in the hiring process, very professional. Oriantation was very well organized and well put together, only a couple of days long. Any questions you have, they are more and willing to answer, no hesitation. Anything you need, they supply. Only 8 hour shifts, mon-fri no over time unless you want it. Saturdays are mandatory, but very seldom.

I've been working for the company for a little bit over a year and its pretty cool place to work i dont mind the OT,it what it is my children are grown so I dont have that problem. The folks meaning the lifers the one that got 5+years are pretty knowledgeable about there jobs and the roles thay play with in side the walls of jaytec,im happy to be down with the pad lock gang,"a lil inside joke".......lol........
