My tree came within a couple of days of it being cut. I needed a bigger water bucket for it. The tree drank a half inch of water in 12 hours. This tree smells amazing and will be fresh the whole month

I wanted you to know my tree was awesome. Arrived just as promised. Looked great, held up like a champ with almost NO needles lost, even at 'the end'. Great packaging, great tree stand, nice disposal bag, perfect and easy setup. The tree was beautiful, fresh, green and fragrant. Thank you so much. You have a permanent customer.

First year we've ordered from them and certainly won't be the last. Our tree arrived next day and is just perfect. The 6ft tree was easy for me to set up and they were nice enough to include a bag for tree disposal later on. We couldn't have picked a more beautiful tree ourselves. Very pleased.

What a wonderful experience. Easy to order, great communication, timely delivery, affordable prices, and a BEAUTIFUL tree. This is the prettiest tree I've ever bought. Straight as an arrow, no holes, fresh fresh fresh! The way they sent it made it super easy to set up. I love this tree farm, and will order from them again and again. What a delight!

I worked on a Christmas tree farm as a kid and have always been partial to real trees. Though I've had many 4ft trees, I've only had fake full size trees as an adult. I don't have a truck and real trees are messy and big ones can be cumbersome to transport for me. It didn't seem worth the hassle. Add to that the fact that I find lot trees often have a hard time taking water and have occasionally gotten very dry before I got to Christmas day. Thus, I decided to look for a delivery service this season.

First thing I'll note is that I ordered the pin stand (I think that's the term) without realizing what it was exactly. I was thinking I'd just save myself a trip to get a stand. However, I recommend researching those stands before getting one. I decided against using the one I got as I couldn't see a way to water with it and want to keep my tree fresh.

Second, I was fairly amazed at the packaging. The tree came wrapped about as tight as is humanly possible. So much so, that it was packaged in a box that couldn't have been much more than 12" x 12". I could carry the box under my arm with little difficulty. I received it as I was leaving for work and was able to unpack and get it in water in a matter of minutes.

Despite tight packing, the limbs rebounded fully into a perfectly tapered tree. The top was a little out of center (I can tell the original top died and another was tied off) but it was workable enough to create a symmetrical look. The tree is extremely fresh and it has been sucking up a cup or two of water every day, from what I can tell. The site guarantees 3 of 4 sides (or 2 of 3) will be good for display. I would say that I have a tree with no bad side. It looks great from 360°.

Needless to say, I plan on doing this again next year. The cost is definitely more, but it's worth it for the quality and to save the hassle.

UPDATE: The tree never arrived. I told Fed Ex to send it back to the company. I was informed I would not get a refund. Don't order a live expensive tree unless the company insures delivery. I am out the cost of the tree plus 70 dollars

While the ordering process was easy, I paid 70 dollars for shipping from MI to California and while it arrived easily in California it is stuck near San Bernardino and Fed Ex is being evasive and cagey about where it is and when it will arrive. it says "pending" on their site with no due date listed. in my experience with Fed ex, this notification is never good and indicates the package will not reach it's destination. So I am out over 150 bucks and will have to buy another tree. This company needs to find a more reliable shipper. UPS would be a better

The tree was shorter than ordered and I received no answer to a question I emailed about. The tree arrived 4 days late, which of course was not their fault, but when I asked about whether the tree would be fine arriving so late I got no response. Will not be using site again.

They do not care if your tree is lost/stolen. You can tell them it hasn’t been delivered and they will just keep telling you to wait for it.
