Miriam at the Leonard St location is wonderful. She takes time with her customers and finds out what they want. I have problematic feet and she did everything to find the right shoe. She is caring, personal and professional. Very few stores like this anymore....real customer service.

Fantastic service!! I'm from out of town and desperately needed new shows to change out of for a wedding I was attending. Sophia helped me out and found a beautiful silver pair to match the dress I was wearing. Amazing staff all the way around. Pleasant experience and a great team of kids. Such a positive experience and I can't thank Sophia and the rest of the gang enough!!

I worked with salesman David. He greeted me promptly when I arrived. He was so helpful in finding me great looking shoes in the wide width. He went out of his way to look for the right width & size to accommodate my new orthotic inserts. And the prices are for for high quality shoes.

Came into the store to do an exchange on some boots I picked out of one of their "boot trucks". I've never been to a Mieras location before so I didn't know what to expect. It's a quiet building with shoes and boots lining the walls. There is also a corner filled with Smartwool socks of all kinds as well as insoles. They have a good selection of women's, men's, and kids footwear.

Ethan was the associate who helped me out. He seemed very knowledgeable about the boots I was asking about and helped me find a good quality pair that fit just right.

I left happy with two pairs of new socks and a new pair of Teva boots for work! Great place with great products, and a great staff.

The people here treated me with respect and kindness. The woman who helped me was genuine, friendly, and not at all patronizing. and the best part is that she was very knowledgeable and helped me find shoes that fit properly and comfortably. The prices are what one would expect from the brands they carry. There's a reason companies stay in business for a hundred years. Thank you for a great shoe buying experience.

They were very understanding,In my returning a pair of shoes. Sincerely I have decided on something else different. They have great Keen work shoes though. They are very friendly and kind too. Thanks for the chocolate Hershey's nougat. That was good,As well. We will be back soon.

We came in with a small window of time and Sophia was great getting us in and out. There was a great selection for my boys wide feet and Sophia made it quick and easy!

So very help full, Jeff and the staff are great. I purchased a pair of work shoes wore them for two days at work and they were just not working well for my extremely flat feet. Jeff aloud me to exchange for a pair that did not hurt my feet. Thank you!!!!
