Long wait for limited help

Been trying to update my address for 4 months. I have yet to speak to my caseworker who missed an appointment and said it was not needed, without telling me she cancelled it. I've emailed her over 20 times and she's not once called or responded. My Medicaid is a nightmare of a mess, and I'm treated like the scum of earth for continuing to call. File a complaint with Lansing. I've heard nothing. Health insurance can't change address, needs to go through DHHS who cannot seem to read at this point. I've had to cancel 3 appointments already this week among other EXTREME financial struggles. I'm hiring a lawyer now. Y'all want to know why do many people have mental health struggles? Because you treat us like absolute poop and expect us to have a positive attitude. 4 freaking months and my case is a nightmare and my caseworker has not ONCE contacted me or responded. Legal aid here income.
