Their employees are very nice and attentive when you are talking to them about anything. Not once have I gone since moving close by it September 14th and an employee didn't know where a specific item I'd come in for was located on the store floor. Very refreshing !!!!! Helps alot!
I can get in and get what I came for and check out and leave. That's usually not too easy for me to do!!!

This store is well stocked and has knowledgeable, friendly staff. I have been here several times and am always greeted with, "how can I help you today" as I walk in. Great job - I highly recommend this store.

There has not been a time where I’ve walked in and been greeted almost immediately. Usually a cashier behind the counter says hi as soon as you walk in. Within a few steps of the cashier there is usually an employee asking if we need help finding anything. Their customer service here is superior to most. Love coming here for anything hardware related. Thanks Stone Ace of Oxford for being awesome!

Thank You ACE for being open after 6p on Thursday when my Key Fob battery died and I could not figure out how to start my Durango. I figured out the "valet key" to Open Driver Door but where the heck do you stick-it to start the engine? Anyhow... it was right across the street from Next-Level-Training so after surviving playing Froger across M-24 busy traffic,,, ACE had my battery swapped within 6-minutes. Amazing staff of young minds, very friendly and helpful (and I can say that about the two Lake Orion Locations as well, recommend all of them) but special thanks to Oxford ACE for helping me when I needed it most. They get my 5-star review.

Very good supply of hardware. I tried to get sprinkler system parts like fittings and raised garden sprayers, etc. and they had none. Went to Stones Ace Herdware and they had everything I needed. I've had this experience many times with other hardware. They are tops!

My local go-to hardware store. The employees are quick to ask if they can help you find anything. The paint department offers color matching and mixing services. The Carheart clothing selection is probably the best in town with jackets, shirts, pants, hats, and gloves. They also have a great selection of awesome flashlights and head lamps. The BBQ grills and smokers are all the best brands available, and Ace offers home delivery and assembly. They also have plenty of softener salt and even help load it into your vehicle. This ace hardware also fills propane tanks on site. So now you can tell why this is my go-to hardware store. 😁

I have been going to Ace for a long time and this store never disappoints. They have a decent selection for a small hardware store, but the staff and amazing. They will greet you as soon as you walk in and help you find what you need quickly.

Always a great source of information, service and easy supply of everything. Yes, nit quite the variety of big box stores but better overall. They can show you how to connect a plumbing situation with one fitting where a big box had to sell you 6 fittings to accomplish the $ame thing at much more money. Recommend

I really love this hardware store. Everyone who works there knows exactly where everything is, and I have yet to go there and not find what I was looking for. Nothing against Home Depot, which is great for building material, but for hardware, I can be in and out of this store in the amount of time it takes just to get from my car to the door in a big box store. Not only that, but I see many of the same faces every time I go there, which I really like.

Always an extremely helpful group with a good sense of humor.. today I believe it was Louis, he saved me a few bucks and more importantly headaches by noticing I grabbed a white paint but not a "true" white...he showed me what I was really looking for.... Keep up the good work guys and gals!
