I have used Rusche Trucking to haul materials more than dozen times. Great communication equals great customer service. Mike has always done everything possible to help me out anytime I call. Like always they can help more with the more notice they are given. He will even pick up at other gravel pits; he old school what ever takes get it done kind of guy. Love it! My invoices have always been prompt and correct, which I also enjoy!

I typically don't write reviews for anything, but the owner is not a professional. We asked for a specific amount of fill dirt and he couldn't deliver. He will charge you for things his drivers tell you are "not a problem" and berate his customers that call and question. Poor communication and lots of surprise charges with the owner yelling at you and talking over you on the phone is not my idea of quality, BUYER BEWARE, find another company, so many better ones out there in GR.

Absolute joke of a company! Such a shame. Trucks are not secured properly and travel on roads illegal for trucks of their size. Literally had a stone storm of gravel onto my vehicle chipping paint and 4+ chips in my windshield. My first call resulted in this "sorry hon no fault insurance here and Michigan, nothing you can do" my next call resulted in "my supervisor will be here about 5 call then" my 5:00 phone call resulted in screened calls until I used a different number, then got "we don't have a supervisor" ok let me speak to a manager "we don't have a manger" ok let me speak to who is in charge "oh well I'm the owner" I explained to him the damages his truck caused my vehicle and I would like compensation for the damages he used profanity at me so I asked his name and he said it isn't my business and hung up on me. A simple google and Facebook search resulted in MIKE RUSCHE is the owner and he takes no responsibility for safety of other drivers, our Michigan state laws, or his own company. Unsecured gravel, completely non visible plate, and very evasive of responsibility. This just went from a vehicle accident to personal damages, see you in court Rusche

A company that has total disregard for the residents in the communities they operate in their drivers constantly drive at unsafe speeds and engine brake at every stop for a company that is always asking townships for special zoning you would think they would have more regard for their residents
