Well I experienced the true colors of “true north” as an employee. But as a customer last night... THAT was it for me. It used to be my go-to for my last minute snacks, gas, tobacco, and close to home. All I got was a couple packs of smokes. The assistant manager whom I’ll refer to as ‘A’ who gave me a dirty look an went out of his way to call another employee out front whom I’ll refer to as ‘T’ to come out from the back also. They were whispering and laughing right in front of me. It was like they did it just to make me feel as uncomfortable as possible. As if having to quit bc not getting any hours wasn’t bad enough?! My niece was even like “what the?” “Why are they staring at you?” I’m NEVER going back to that place . I’ll risk running out of gas to go to Cadillac before I ever come back here. Absolutely no need!!! Then around 9-10 there’s long line a mile down the middle aisle. Because the owners are crooks and they’re too cheap to leave a register open and have an extra hand until midnight at least. Worst place around. Now THAT’S true north “fast friendly and true to you” lol yeah right. 🤣
