We worked with Rob Young and highly recommend him. There can’t be a better realtor. He thoroughly explained the market we were buying in and had good advice for us as sellers. We were moving to MI from another state. He is both knowledgeable and experienced with new builds and purchasing existing homes. He went above and beyond to video and view homes/lots for us since we were hours away. When we experienced difficulties with our builder he went to bat for us with great professionalism. Moving can be all around stressful however working with Rob removed the stress.

As out-of-town, first-time home buyers working on a tight timeline during the beginning of the COVID crisis, we were really nervous about finding a house in the competitive Grand Rapids market and navigating all the unknown of COVID-19. We stumbled upon Scot Kellogg, and we are so happy we did. You want a Real Estate agent who you feel truly cares about your interests, is responsive, and treats it as if they're buying a home for themselves. Scot is all of those things. He was ALWAYS available to discuss things on the phone and offered to drive by all the properties we were interested in, providing valuable feedback but not an overbearing opinion on things. He contacted agents about homes that had been pulled from the market due to COVID and helped us set up Zoom calls to virtually tour the homes. He worked nights and weekends to help us secure a house under a short, stressful timeline. Once our deal was accepted the support continued with Jackie, his administrative assistant, keeping us up to date on the closing procedures and moving things along quickly and in an organized fashion. 616 Realty made a HUGE difference in what could've been a stressful, nightmare situation, and we would recommend them to anyone.

Shelley was an absolute lifesaver for us! After a realtor I had been working with for months completely dropped the ball on us, I contacted the team at 616 Realty.
