Chris Rozema is wonderful to work with. My husband and I went in on a Saturday looking at options as we are new to the wake boat brand and he was more than helpful. Not only is he knowledgeable but he is very patient, quickly to respond and friendly, making the the process for us as we narrowed down the exact boat and options we were looking for a fun experience! I definitely recommend asking for Chris when stopping into Tommy’s to make your experience smooth and stress free!

Where do I start??? First of all they sell the best brand boats with the best waves/wakes in the industry, Malibu and Axis. The sales people are honest, personable, and care about their customers. Their service department knows their products and are a dream to work with.

I bought a 2017 T22 and had a bunch of RGB Lighting installed and they knocked it out of the park. They gave me a killer deal and installed everything with photo updates. Can't say enough good things about the Tommy's team.

Outstanding!! The Tommy’s team was fantastic! I didn’t buy their most expensive boat but they all made me feel like I did. Our sales guy Matt kept us updated on everything and made the buying process really easy and pressure free.

What a great experience buying a boat. Tommy’s way exceeded our expectations and all of the employees we worked with were AWESOME! Sonny made our purchase through phone and email smooth and easy. We knew they were taking good care of our boat until we could pick it up. Matt did a thorough walk through and answered all my husbands crazy questions. He made sure we were comfortable and familiar with all the features of our 21 VLX. The GM, Stacy made a point to come and introduce herself to us and the whole team made us feel welcome! Super excited for many great new memories with our new to us Malibu!

Just purchased a "new to us" boat with Joel. Drove in from out of state and had a great experience. Had issues with our bank and Joel along with the rest of the staff were very helpful throughout the whole experience. Joel insisted on a water test to show me all the features and make sure I was comfortable with everything. May I add, during a cold front with sleet while out there! Got a couple things for the family at the pro shop and was helped by Matt and Stacey. Overall great expertise/experience! I would highly recommend checking Timmy's out, ask for Joel!

Toni, Sonny & the whole Tommy's GR team has been fantastic. We have nothing but amazing things to say about the experience. From walking in the shop and talking to all the staff to scheduling our boat delivery, we've been treated well. They spent a full day on the water teaching us all about our new Malibu and surfing. They've also been great with quick questions as we learn the details. We also had the boat up at Walloon for a couple weeks and were happy to get a dockside oil change to keep things running smooth. Keep up the great work Team Tommy's!

Joel in sales went beyond the duty of helping our family with a Malibu boat. While he did not have in stock at the time with what we were looking for he helped me with still answering questions we had. He never felt annoyed by our numerous questions. He is a man of character and knows his boats. I adored his passion for boating and his knowledge on engine performance. He basically wanted to see us in the right boat for us coupled with our desire for value. For this I can’t say enough great attributes about him.

I've had a great experience with Tommy's from the beginning with my sales rep, through our first year with our new toy. Buying a used boat can be frustrating at times with getting some issues worked out, but I have to say that the staff at Tommy's was very genuine when it came to their willingness to help as fast as they could and get us back out on the water. In my world, communication is key. Tommy's staff seems to do this well. I would give credit to the whole staff, from management, to sales, the pro shop, and of course service. Very easy to work with and they don't treat you like you are just one of many customers. They treat you with care.

We just took delivery of our new 2022 Malibu M220 and we couldn't be any happier. We work with Matt last fall to order our new Malibu and with Matt's great knowledge and assistance, we were able to put together our dream boat. Matt spent extra time with us to going over every option, details and quickly responded to any questions we had. Matt, Tommy's and Malibu also surprised us as our new 2022 arrived ahead of schedule!!
This is our 2nd brand new Malibu we've purchased from Tommy's Grand Rapids as they made buying our 1st Malibu experience a pleasure.

Tommy’s has been wonderful... everyone in sales, the pro shop, and service! Matt made our Axis A22 build and purchase process so simple and stress free! It was exciting to build, unwrap, and soon after see Matt deliver our custom boat to our lake home! The service department has truly been amazing and so quick to help! We can’t thank them enough!

All I can say is WOW! Tommy’s, feels like home. I feel apart of the family. Cam in sales was phenomenal- he helped get the boat of my dreams, never once was cam pushy..
He worked with me tirelessly for months to dial in my dream boat, through all my back and forth and indecisiveness he never once showed frustration. The best part about the whole experience is that even after cam had made the sale he has kept in touch and really been caring about how things are going, Tommy’s has gained a customer for life! Bryan the VP worked around the clock and went the extra mile to get me one of the last 2021 m220s made.

What a great group of people to work with. The entire staff was and has been a joy to work with. Even over a year after the sale we still feel like family whenever we stop by. Our Malibu nearly sank last Summer on the 4th of July. Tommy’s staff assisted us in getting the boat into their dry repair garage and worked closely with us to order the many parts that needed to be replaced. It was hard to be without a boat but thanks to
Jenna and the hardworking staff at Tommy’s we are looking forward to launching our Wakesetter this spring!! Forever grateful!!

I highly recommend Tommy’s of Grand Rapids. After being told by another marina that they couldn’t even look at our boat for 3 weeks Pete reached out and knew what our problem was just by hearing what was going on. Huge THANK YOU to Jeff in service! I had an issue at the lake 4 hours away during the holiday weekend. He was able to diagnosis through our conversation on Sunday and had the replacement part at the shop when I got back from the weekend. The following weekend he walked me through how to make the fix step by step via phone and pictures. Extremely thankful for his ownership as a customer.

Cam is the man too! He runs a terrific shop and is always willing to help me out on gear, tubes, boards and whatever else I am curious about to add to the boat.

Another example of a solid team member is Cole! He gave me some advice on my trailer (as a first time owner) that basically prevented me from launching the boat with a huge issue to kick off the year! Can't wait to have him show my boys how to wakesurf coming up one evening!

There are several choices out there when you’re looking to buy a boat, the thing that sets Tommy’s apart is service. You can buy a boat anywhere but service is a thing in todays world that has been lacking with many dealers across the board- whether you’re buying a vehicle, a boat, etc. I will never buy a boat any where else.. the people at Tommy’s go above and beyond long after the initial purchase. For this reason, Tommy’s is my boat dealer for life!!

Have bought a couple of boats from Tommy's and could not be any happier with both the sales and the service. Cole did a a great job helping us figure out which boat was right for us the first time with the Axis A20. When it came time for us to sell that boat he did a marvelous job of getting me top dollar for it and getting me into a Malibu 21 foot VLX... which I couldn't be any happier with.

I would recommend Tommy's and Cole without hesitation to anyone who is looking to get a great boat for summer fun here in West Michigan.

Incredible service. Extremely flexible. I had an odd request to store an old boat there over the winter and they treated me the same as if I stored a $200k boat there. Good people! They even made sure the ol' toon started up before I took it back free of charge. These guys are the bomb.com
