Hewen’s Creek Park

We had a wonderful evening walking along these gorgeous trails. We will be back again. It’s lovely, quiet, nature is beautiful.

Beautiful place to go on a walk and to run the trails. Absolutely recommend taking your family along and maybe a pet if you feel so inclined to get them outside :)

Nice walk for a couple or family. I wouldn't go alone because it's isolated from view. Huge Cottonwood tree on the edge of the lake full of geese.

The best place to mountain bike trails and run. It has a large amount of trails, it's fairly flat, and it's connected to rolling hills park.

Mainly used as a hiking trail, but hikers and dog walkers will find plenty of space to do their thing

Great park and awesome hiking trails. Only issue, which I know can't be helped...Ticks, ticks, and even more ticks.. use half a bottle of deep woods off, You'll leave with only one or two every time. Almost crashed my truck last time I left, as I had one crawling on my face 🙃

This is a wonderful bit of fairly wild land on the edge of suburbia. It is mostly woods with some open areas, a small lake, and two streams. It is criss-crossed with winding trails for walking and biking. It is easy to get lost - pick up a map at the parking area (each trail intersection is marked with a letter/number).

Hewen's creek park is a hidden gem! It has a nice little trail and a great little fishing hole. I took my lady there so she could learn to kayak. The park is quiet, clean, and extremely relaxing. Parking is a bit limited. A must go if you enjoy park hopping. Be well!

A lot of bike paths and wildflowers. Not paved, it is a great more natural park with grasslands to woods.

A nice small park great for short walks

My favorite park trails to walk with my dog and friends. Bikers are friendly and tolerant of walkers but please walk opposite​ from them👍for both of your safety. Trails are maintained although would be difficult for handicapped to traverse.

Nice scenic trails! I take my dog here for long walks quite often. It's worth a visit!

We love riding our bikes on the mountain bike trails through the woods and fields. Lots of twists and turns, some boardwalk, and easy terrain. No mountains, lol.

An amazing park to take a walk. What a beautiful setting.

Multilpe winding trails ranging from 1/4 to over 1 mile. Perfect for hiking, dog walking or mountain biking. There's also a nice large lake in the middle 4 Fishing.

Great trail system with many different habitat types.
Personally recommend having GPS while hiking (trails aren't marked "the best"), as to not get turned around 💙

Love this place. More for nostalgia for the past visits. There not really taking care of the entire park in the last couple years. Still a really nice walk
