Stayed at the Hampton and left our vehicle there for 7 days. Shuttle took us to the airport at 3am and picked us up once we arrived back at Metro. Car was perfectly fine. Got a great rate, desk clerk gave me the information on who to book with a few days prior to arriving. Would use again.

Book through this website compared to other reservation services to save on booking fees. Parked here for one week. Shuttle runs every hour on the hour, and for pickup you just call and they come get you. Pickup at the airport took less than 15 minutes, they just need to know your airline so they know where to pick you up. The parking lot is clean, plowed, well lit, with many cameras and it's by a busy hotel so people are always present. Would definitely reserve a spot here again.

After doing tons of research on long- term parking for DTW, BookParkRide.com was definitely the cheapest around. You are able to prebook/pay for your services which makes it quick and easy. Service was convenient and friendly. We barely had any wait time for the shuttle to take us to and from the airport. Will definitely be parking here again in the near future.

outstanding service ! Besides great rates, the service was awesome. Friendly and helpful staff, very punctual pickup. The ride is 12-15 mins to the airport. The driver was very courteous too.
One has to wait for a few minutes at the airport on arrivals, due to traffic etc so be ready to wait for 15-20 mins on arrival. I think imthis os normal for any shuttle service.

Had to head out of town last minute. they were great! The price is what caught my eye and the service was outstanding! I will definitely use them again in the future!

Competitive pricing but you do get what you pay for.

It is 230am and I have have been on hold for 20 minutes to order the shuttle, then it has to come get us. Was cut off twice before finally answering. I love the idea of having the ability to park at a hotel for a good price, and people are pleasant, but the operational model is not working

They charged me another day because my plane landed at 11:30pm, by the time I got to my luggage you have to call them it was 12:03 they charged me another day. Then to add insult the front desk cloney called the driver and he “just left” the airport, then why not turn around and pick us up genius if you just left?? Worst company for parking ever if you plan to fly at night….plenty other options out there and I will be exploring the others.

I made a reservation and it didn’t go through. Had to call and confirm. A hotel representative had no clue what she was talking about and told me the hotel was full when I was talking about parking spots. They tell you to call for the shuttle once you are at ground transportation. CALL BEFORE!!! They told me the wait time was 25 min and I had to wait for 55 minutes at midnight. I saw shuttles from other hotels doing a second round and I was still there waiting. Very unprofessional.

Exceptionally poor, disgusting, terrible and disgrace service. We were stranded at the airport for 1.5 hours for shuttle service while our flights were delayed for 5 hours. As a family, we were very tired, but this location kept on lying that the shuttle will be there in 15 minutes. Customer service person at the service desk of Hampton Inn Belleville was terrible as the person kept of hanging up while we were seeking help to get picked up. I would strongly suggest everyone to not use this parking service unless you want to get stranded and get treated with disrespect by this location. Shame on Hampton Inn and I will be sharing my experience with head office management as well as I will never use this parking service and I will never stay in any Hampton Inn if this is how they treat their guests. It is quite evident that the customer/guest service is not a core value for Hampton Inn management.

I am a regular member who have used this service several times before and had good experience until now. Had reserved parking Sept 27 for 3 AM shuttle to airport. As instructed, was at Hampton Inn for check-in 10 min before shuttle departure. Was told that shuttle left earlier and driver refused to return to pick us up for the 3 AM run but instead was moved to 4 AM (1 hour after) service. Driver (name is Will?) came by at 4:05 am (now even later) and stopped by another hotel and stayed there for another 2 min without any passenger. We had to rush to our gate when we arrived at airport at 4:30 AM. On return, October 2, we called for shuttle which arrived 25 min later but the shuttle (apparently a white van) had NO sign it was going to Belleville Hampton Inn. We were inside the building waiting for a shuttle that was to take us because it was cold outside. Finally called again and apparently, shuttle could not wait for us and left and now had to wait for another 20 min to pick us up and this time, this van had a clear sign that the shuttle (more familiar) was going to Belleville Hampton Inn. Finally got to my vehicle 1 hour 15 min later. Awful service of late (never experienced this before). Very disappointed. If there were 0 stars, I would choose this.

Do not park your car at Belleville HAMPTON lot. Came back from vacation and my wheels were gone (Yes, all 4). Nightmare with no cameras. But alas, airport drop off and pick up times were perfect.

I’m writing this review as I’m waiting for the shuttle to pick me up from DTW. It’s been exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes & counting since I was told it would be 30 minutes to get picked up. HIGHLY recommend you use another shuttle provider. I’ve never ever had to wait this long for a shuttle.

The agent booked 3 days and I asked her to cancel it and book for 5 days. She told me it was canceled but not I found they charged me twice. The agent refused to pay me back and told me to talk with her manager.

Waited for 2 hours at the airport until shuttle arrived.
Doesnt react on complaint emails. Never ever again...
