Absolutely the best experience from start to finish the front office people are very kind. The woman who cleaned my teeth was amazing so gentle and explained everything for my first visit I was very comfortable felt at home instantly. Dr Tracy you and your team are a blessing will be my dentist for life.

I can't say enough about Dr Tracey and her staff. Front desk to dental assistants move things smoothly from start to finish. I have had several emergencies that they have squeezed me in during an already packed schedule. Thank you so much for your compassion and skill!

The hygienist was highly skilled and knowledgeable. She explained each step as she proceeded and even provided helpful information about brushing my teeth with the brush at a 45 degree angle.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tracy's for 20 years. The care and compassion from the front office to the Dr. is impeccable. Time is taken to listen to your concerns about treatment and cost. My Hygenist Tanya is thorough and takes pride in her work. I always recommend The Lakes Dental Care and drive an hour each time for my appointments.

Very friendly the office is very clean and everybody in there is extremely nice and very professional. Tracy takes a lot of pride in her work wouldn’t go nowhere else.

This dentist office has always treated me very well. From the friendly staff to the extra clean treatment rooms… I always feel like a king. Tanya, one of the hygienist is very friendly, professional, and knows exactly how to make you feel at ease during your cleaning. Breanna, one of their assistants, is very kind, friendly, and explains everything before it happens. Thank you all to the staff at the lakes.

I’m very pleased with the overall care here. The staff is real and kind and very patient. They were able to get my baby girl (9) fixed up quickly while they eased her nerves during the process. They’re honest and up front with patients and they make sure you understand cost up front. They also don’t push extras on you for money. We’ve had bad dental experiences in the past and this team is here to show the people they care about how it’s supposed to be done. From the Front desk, to the chair, to payment, we are happy.

Great doctors and hygienists and extremely friendly staff! I've been coming here since they opened, and I'm always impressed with how willing the staff is to help and how professionally the doctors treat the patients. I've never felt like they were recommending treatment that wasn't absolutely necessary. Additionally, they suggested some lower cost options to tide me over until I was ready for the full treatment plan they recommended. I've been seeing Dr. Tracey and Amanda (hygienist) for many, many years and I'll never go anywhere else. Lastly, I've been taking my kids to see them for years, as well, and I've never seen a hygienist handle young kids as well as Amanda did! I was very impressed.

Unbelievable Dr. Andrew was exceptional and completely professional!!! The staff couldn't have been better. My whole experience was amazing. 😊

UPDATE Today I had the pleasure of having Dr Tracey work on me, ask I can say is WOW ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I vehemently hate the dentist and would do almost anything to avoid going. However the lake's dentistry has been nothing but Phenomenal.
So much so I'd like to say I actually now could possibly look forward to visiting. All I can say is Thanks 😊

Updated#2 Had the pleasure of having Ronda clean my teeth yesterday and what a wonderful check up! Once again Dr. Andrew gave me great news of a few new cavities that he will take care of in a couple weeks. Looking forward to getting them filled and have no anxiety while I wait, because of the office decorum!

Hate dentists, love this place!! From making the appointment (getting in fast), to checking in at arrival, to having x-rays and having an extraction, EVERYONE was amazing. My procedure was quick and 100% pain free. I have NEVER been to a better dental office. I would (and have) recommend this place with my whole heart. I was very scared walking in but was honestly SO HAPPY when I left.

This was my first visit as a new patient. It was a very good experience. The staff was friendly, professional and very competent.
