I’ve been coming to this practice for close to 10 years for a reason. Dr Jabeen is the best doctor I’ve ever had. For people who have Medicaid they should be blessed she accepts it. Wonderful doctor! Listens, very helpful, answers questions throughly, and always has your best interest! Sometimes the wait is a little long but it’s worth it to see her! I drive all the way from canton for a reason! I’ll never change my doctor.

I love Dr , been going here for 10 yrs place use to be very slow and appointments take very very long like all day but i can say since new Dr and staff you are in and out now , never waited over 20 mins to be seen . They are very busy so if they forget to call it’s probably best call them back !

I've been treated by Dr. A. Siddiqui for over 20 yrs. I appreciate him overall . The office is small and you may have to wait but his ultimate care and comcere is great. He listens making sure to collect all necessary information. If required he will make sure you reschedule appointment and follow-up on your condition. Thank you Dr. A. Siddiqui and supportive staff.

Guess I've had different experiences. The staff were very nice and helpful during my first appointment. The Dr. Athar Siddqui met with me and review everything with me thoroughly. After he order my x-rays in house he brought me in the office and discussed a treatment plan and asked that I follow up within a week. Of course I forgot and didn't follow up, so they called me to see how things have been. Nothing but good things on my end.

Doctor listen he doesn't rush you out the office.I was having problems getting my medications the staff very helpful.I agree they need to clean the bathrooms more often.Dr Siddiqui has been around for ever .he's a loving doctor,

Been going there 18 months. They can usually get you in same day. Sometimes there can be a long wait, but recently it's gotten better.

Even though it can be at times a long wait but Dr. Siddiqui is a very down to earth. I have been seeing him for over 8 years

Decent doctor, awful, awful, awful office. Avoid it if you can. Unless you get the first appointment of the day expect to wait TWO TO FOUR HOURS AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. I've been here probably 10 times in the last year & I've never waited less than 2 hours. Last week my appointment was at 3:15 & I got back in my car at 6:45pm. This is totally normal. Sometimes I go to urgent care in Canton instead because I know I'll be in & out within 2 hours.

The doctors are good, but the office staff is wretched. I've been hung up on several times & they almost never respond to my pharmacy's faxes regarding prescription refills unless I call and beg them to. They always give me attitude about it & never tell me if they're actually going to be able to help or not before ending the call. I understand they work insane hours (usually like 9am to 8pm, 6 days a week) and they're stressed but it's no reason to treat patients poorly. It's not our fault that they overbook their office daily.

Finally, today I took my prescription to the pharmacy & found out that it was written for a dosage that doesn't exist and didn't specify how often to take it or for how long. 2 hours later I'm still sitting at home waiting for them to respond to the fax that they insisted my pharmacy send them. I called the office myself to make sure they were going to take care of it today, but they still haven't & I have no confidence that this matter will be handled before the weekend. I will not be going back to this office again ever.

Dr. Siddiqui is good once you finally 3 hours past your appointment time get called in the back to see him. Hes no nonsense. I like a straight forward dr. Then there is Dr. Khan who asks questions then doesn't let you answer. She walks out of the room without ever finding out why your there. Whenever possible I see him. Biggest complaint is the ridiculous wait times. That n I've been going there two years and I think they've only checked my BP twice.

Some of the staff is friendly. The wait times are outrageous. I was brought back in for an appointment just to be given test results that could have been supplied over the phone. I spent money and more importantly time for no reason.
