Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Was very hot in the restaurant. We didn't see our server very much. The food was very good except for my girlfriends French fries ,which were not good at all. I had the chicken fried chicken with corn and sweet potato, which was very good. Would still recommend going to eat here. It did take over 30 minutes to get our meal.

Unfortunately, after standing around for several minutes waiting with several other groups, and seeing other people who were seated before us, leaving, when no wait servers were taking their orders, I ordered a carryout. I don't know if there was a shift change, or there was some other problem. They were willing to seat people, but there was no one to take orders. I got quick service with my carryout. The meal was as good as always when I got home. Made a purchase in the gift shop. Would have enjoyed dining in as I always do. Good relaxing atmosphere, where I can wind down for lunch.

Love the new chicken tenders.The ranch/dill sauce was amazing. the Carolina barbecue sauce was equally tasty. Everything was hot and delicious. Keep up the good work. Big improvement over the last time I ate there.

Got the Mama's Pancake Breakfast with a side of the hash brown casserole and fried apples. Yes, I eat all of that in one sitting. That meal just makes me so happy inside. I love crispy edges around the buttery pancakes the most.

We ate here two evenings in a row when in the area recently. Fantastic waitress service on both days. Delicious food in big portions. On the first visit, we accidentally got charged for 3 ice teas instead of 1, but they fixed it at checkout with no issues.

My husband and I are from Wisconsin. While vacationing in Michigan we met up with a dear friend. The three of us had an excellent breakfast, and our waitress was friendly and attentive. We ended up talking for over 2 hours, and the waitress was great! She kept the coffee coming and did not rush us at all. (We made sure there were plenty of tables for other guests , so we weren't tying up a much needed table.)

The smell of the fire burning in the pit along with the warmth and ambiance made our visit warm and inviting. I enjoyed the country boy breakfast with steak tips and over easy eggs, my 2 side choices were hash brown casserole and with a small up charge I chose the side pancakes and added peaches to them, the breakfast also came with biscuits and gravy. Everything was cooked to my liking and delicious. Our server was attentive and even though a busier time she still was all about checking on us and making certain we had everything we needed. After breakfast we enjoyed the shop which of course never ceases to have the most unique and adorable items to view and purchase. Thanks Cracker Barrel!!

Great parking, can get on the waiting list online and the food is always great. Saturi is an excellent server and I will always ask to be in his section.

My son and I ate there on Thursday and everything was great. He had a breakfast and I had the chicken pot pie. It was fantastic. Thank you for the great service and the great food

Stopped going for a while because things were going downhill. I am glad we returned! We were seated promptly, our food was prepared as ordered and it was delicious down home cooking.

Today my 6 year old daughter had a very scary episode inside the restaurant. While waiting for EMS to arrive, the Cracker Barrel team members were nothing but amazing. Our waitress bagged up our entire meal, the manager kept offering drinks to go, and many staffed members hugged me. The manager even paid for our entire meal. When the EMS made it to the restaurant, the staff members cleared the area around us so that they could properly check my daughter. The entire situation was so scary and I am forever grateful for the amazing team members who helped us through that awful time. Thank you Cracker Barrel staff for being so kind and heartfelt!

The food was very good as usual, and the service was good. I had mashed potatoes, but they were too dry and not very hot. The grilled chicken tenders were very good.

The food was good as usual, and I was surrounded by the greatest group of guys you'll ever meet, but our server was amazing! She was kind, funny, and just a joy! And her name is Kat Williams to boot! Can't forget that! She even pulled out her photography skills and moved us in front of the fireplace for a family photo.❤

It's no secret that cracker barrels home cookin is nothing short of amazing! I had the homestyle chicken and French toast this time, I don't know if I'll ever order anything else when visiting in the future because it was so good! (Well except for the mouth watering blue berry pancakes of course). Service was also more than exceptional. Never bad but our waiter this time took it a step above! We enjoyed an excellent lunch here prior to catching a flight from DTW. They’ve got an extensive menu so it’s hard to choose a favourite! Ordered the fried chicken sandwich, subbing the bun for sourdough bread. It was delicious! Upgraded to a house salad as our side dish, as really enjoy their honey mustard dressing. And was the perfect accompaniment. We also enjoyed browsing their gift shop as they have so many unique items, it’s a great place to find gifts for any occasion!

My Brothers and my Godfather and I had breakfast and we were served by Kat Williams and she was excellent!
She had 4 stars on her apron and we asked how she could get 5 - and encouraged us to let our review speak for us!
The food was great as always however the service was exemplary!

I arrived at 7 am. I really wanted some pecan pancakes 🥞. Delicious 😋. I got the grandma sampler. Pancakes were fluffy and filled with pecans. It was a lot of food and I was doing my best to eat as much as I could. I lost. Lol I was greeted by Saturi L. He was the only waiter and greeter. I had to ask was he cooking the food also. He was superb. He had 6 tables and this was about 20 customers. He didn't miss a beat. I really enjoy the eggs 🍳, ham and the cute syrup bottles. A excellent visit 😊💗. Will definitely be coming back soon

I know many businesses are short staffed. That being said, Jessica was our severer and was excellent. Food is always good. We frequently visit this restaurant. My fiancé loves the store old country atmosphere.

Service and food absolutely the best. During breakfast rush still got our food and drinks very quickly, the hashbrown casserole is delicious, also steak tips were juicy and very flavorful. The general store is never disappointing either!
